as shown in the pie chart where majority answered yes.

music and what dates they’re on and how they’re able to be purchased.
•From this question I can tell that most people who answered have a passion for music.

•From the results to this answer I can see that the answers from people are pretty shared
out, with indie/rock being the most favourite with r&b/hip hop/rap not far behind.
•This tells me that when creating my magazine the main genres included in my magazine
should be a range of indie and r&b to cater a large amount of my audience.
•These results could possibly show that the people answering are part of a range of social
groups.
Who is your favourite
             band/artist and why?
Answers:
•Coldplay - cause their songs are soothing
•Jay Z & Kanye West - They the best simple.
•Blink 182 - Oh the childhood memories!
•Band of Horses - unique sound and variety
•Coldplay - Proper musicians, first song heard was a coldplay song (yellow)
•Revolverheld - because listening to them has got me through a load of horrid times.
•Mumford & Sons - because they're great
•Cover Drive - because I enjoy their music and they're from Barbados so that's always good.
•Band of Skulls, no idea why, just enjoy the sounds that they make? :S
•Arctic Monkeys - They make beautiful music and I'm dating their lead singer.
•Coldplay - because they make the most beautiful music ever, every song of theirs has a meaning
and the sounds they use are just out of this world, it’s like nothing you've ever heard before its
sort on unexplainable.
•Imagine Dragons - An actual band with meaning lyrics, not many of them anymore
•From these results to the question I can tell the people who
surveyed have a weird range of taste in genres of music and that I
should consider including a variety of bands/artists in my magazine
for it to target a wide range of audience.
•I can also tell that some may have a bigger passion for music than
others as to how much detail they put into their answers and their
reasoning why they like their favourite band/artist.
From these results it is clear to see that people who answered the survey don’t
like to buy magazines; with a staggering amount of 14 out of 18 people who
answered aren’t a fan of buying magazines, this could be for a number of reasons
such as the average price range for magazines, what they consist of, or just what
bands/artists magazines include in them. I should consider making a original
music magazine that caters a variety of my target audience. This could show that
my audience prefer to find information about bands/singers they like through i.e.
the internet or technology etc
If you were at a party would you consider
karaoke and what song would you choose to
     sing?
Answers:
•Yes and whatever I was asked to
•I wouldn't consider it
•Blink 182 - All The Small Things
•Katy Perry's music :p
•yes, eye of the tiger
•I don't sing in public
•Never Tear Us Apart - XNIS or Scientist - Coldplay or Be Somebody - The Enemy
•Don't You Want Me Baby - The Human League
•S Club Party

•Beautiful- Eminem
•We are young- FUN
•no, but if I had to, black by pearl jam
•Yes! Is this the way to Amarillo!
•Yes, I'd sing Loca by Shakira.
•Only if I was pissed.
•From these results I can tell that the people who answered my
questionnaire don’t mind being in the spotlight, which shows that
they might be divas who like the attention being on them.
•However I also have a small amount of people who answered that
they wouldn’t do karaoke which could show that they aren’t
someone who craves the attention.
•These results could show me that I shouldn’t include any type of
competition opportunities to meet and sing with their favourite
artist/band.
•From these results I can tell that everything I had listed as possible options to have in a music
magazine were reasonable choices to include.
•People who answered would like to see my music magazine consist of a variety of
band/artists most as they’re the main element for a music magazine.
•This could possibly show that they have a passion for a particular band/artist that they’d like
to feature for it to be a magazine to target a range of audience.
•From these results you can tell that all people who answered the questionnaire have a genuine
passion for music, but all liking different music genres. All who answered listen to music everyday
which could mean they either have enough free time to listen to music on some sort of technology
device.
•This tells me that my target audience would probably want the magazine to be fully based on music
and to include a variety of different bands that my audience enjoy and listen to.
•Also from these results we can tell the audience would likely be interested in a music magazine if it is
based on music and a particular genre that they have an interest in and enjoy listening to.
What are you?

•From these results I can tell that I should base my music magazine on suiting a student
rather than someone who is unemployed, in part time work or a full time employee.
•My target audience will not have as much spare money as someone who is in part time
work or is a full time employee so I should consider the price of my magazine as being in
a reasonable price range which is both affordable and suits my target audience.
•From this result we can tell that majority who took part in the survey 8 of the
20 people who answered were 17, 6 were 16, 3 were 19 or over, 2 were 15
and 1 was 18.
•These results tell me that I should base my target audience on older
teenagers so I should keep the colours and style more toned down but at the
same time include modern bands and have it more modern.
