• Applicator: Richmond Primoid, Inc. (RPI) –
Billy Rose

PROJECT CHALLENGES/OBSTACLES-
VIRGINIA TECH LANE STADIUM PROJECT
Project Challenges:
• Aggressive schedule due to football season
• Cleaning issues with existing system
• Existing coating on treads and risers
• Mock-up approval for new textured system

PROJECT SOLUTIONS-VIRGINIA TECH
LANE STADIUM PROJECT
Project Solution:
• The solution for the stadium recoat was the
uniqueness of the 1K Integrally Textured
Aliphatic Urethane material
• Provided ease of cleaning
• Uniform texture
• Ease of installation

Results:
• Successful project
• Owner, specifiers and applicator were impressed
with new textured system
• Very first stadium to be afforded NEOGARD 1K
