An
Introduction
 to Hypnosis
Actually, no hypnotists that I know
of use a watch to induce trance…
Hypnosis is not
  mind control!

 (The Unconscious mind
will automatically break
out of trance if someone
attempts to manipulate)
Being under Hypnosis (or in
trance) is completely natural
Being under Hypnosis (or in
trance) is completely natural
(In fact it is exactly the same state you
are in just as you fall asleep and as you
                  wake up)
Stage hypnosis is
totally different to
 clinical hypnosis
Stage hypnosis is
totally different to
 clinical hypnosis

(Stage hypnosis subjects
 are hand-picked to be
 extreme extroverts who
  in most cases would
 perform strange tasks if
you simply asked them)
Without a strong
 level of rapport
hypnosis is usually
    impossible
Without a strong
 level of rapport
hypnosis is usually
    impossible

(A great hypnotherapist
  builds lots of rapport
           first!)
Your unconscious (or
 subconscious) is controlling your
breathing, pumping blood around
   your body and sending your
   conscious mind signals when
The unconscious will
gravitate towards whatever it
        is focused on

(It can even attract the right
      people into your life)
But! - The unconscious mind can
      not process negatives
But! - The unconscious mind can
       not process negatives

So if I say… “Don’t think about a blue
                dog!!!”
But! - The unconscious mind can
       not process negatives

So if I say… “Don’t think about a blue
                dog!!!”

What are you thinking about now?
But! - The unconscious mind can
       not process negatives

So if I say… “Don’t think about a blue
                dog!!!”

What are you thinking about now?
Which means if before an exam
you focus on “I don’t want to fail”…

In a battle between your
conscious and unconscious
mind, the unconscious mind
        always wins
In a battle between your
conscious and unconscious
mind, the unconscious mind
        always wins
(Don’t try to work against your
unconscious mind, it will kick your ass!)
Your unconscious
    is incredibly
     creative at
     employing
 strategies to get
  what you want
Your unconscious
    is incredibly
     creative at
     employing
 strategies to get
  what you want
 (A young child who
does not want to visit
   Grandma might
develop an allergy to
      her cats)
Your unconscious
stores information
  on everything
you’ve ever done

 (Even if you don’t
 have access to it
    consciously)
And your unconscious
  also has information
regarding your future…
So to learn
 more…
