What is Positive Mindset Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is from the Greek meaning ‘ Sleep’
But it is not sleep at all!
In hypnosis you appear asleep but your senses are
heightened
✤ Hypnosis is simply a form of relaxation and has
been present over thousands of years in every
culture
✤ Hypnosis allows you to quieten and calm your
conscious mind
✤ Just like a pleasant day dream
✤ Working with your imagination in a positive way, for
a successful outcome
✤ Hypnosis is;

programmed using positive suggestion
✤ It’s similar to loading a new software programme on
your computer
✤ Programming we learn in childhood, from authority
figures, can often be unhelpful as adults
✤ For example;
