An ideal state, as we understand it
Novickova D.,Repina I.,10a
We want to present
you our project " An
ideal state, as we
understand it".
Our ideal state has a
democratic political
system.
We have chosen this
political system
because we think that
a democratic political
system is more
effective than others.
We would like to see a
mobile person as the
head of state.
Also he or she should be
ambitious, risky, clever
and hard-working.
In our state the President
represents the executive
branch of power.
The president is the head
of state and the head of
the government.
The president is the head
of state and the head of
the government.
The Parliament
represents the legislative
branch of power.
The Parliament adopts
laws, forms and
supervises the executive
power.
The supreme court
represents the judicial
branch of power.
The court consists of 9
judges.
All judges are appointed
by the president.
Our bill of rights consists of 8 points:
• 1) All people are equal under the law.
• 2) The people are the only source of power.
• 3) The political leaders are appointed by
elections.
• 4) All people are free.
• 5) Each person has the right to a freedom of
speech.
• 6) Interests of all people should be protected.
• 7) All people have the right to life.
• 8) No person shall kill any other person.
Our state is a good example of democracy and its
basic laws.
We were glad to present you our project.
