2. I’d like to tell you about my school. It’s not the
best one, but I like it. I suppose that attending
school is not a waste of time. Every child has to
discover this marvelous trip called “school”.
Some children say that school is boring and they
can do without it. But I don't agree with them. I
like school and on holiday I miss my friends,
teachers and I always look forward to coming to
school again. Every day according to the schedule
I go to school to meet my classmates.

3. Except me, my class has 24 pupils. There are 11 girls and
14 boys. Classmates are very friendly, pay respect to each
other and towards the teachers. We always follow general
school and safety rules. The thing I like most is that we
don’t have to wear a uniform. My class is very sociable and
active. Classmates like to take part in our school sport
competitions, so do I.

7. My form teacher’s name is
Lyudmila Vasilevna Nikitenko.
She is the teacher of geography.
She is very kind, fair and
attentive. She sees our strong,
positive traits and let us improve
them. She organizes assemblies
almost every week, where we get
good knowledge of different
things. Thanks to her efforts we
are like a big family. She is the
person who tells us how to act
and to cope with difficulties. I
remember that she got us to
know school rules.

10. Our school subjects are Algebra,
English, Russian, PE, History,
Geography, Social Security, Art,
Physics, Biology, Literature and
Technology. Quite a lot! But I am
good at many of them. My parents
are happy when I get excellent
marks. I don’t like Algebra
because we have to do a lot of
tests. The English language is my
favourite subject. Ask me why.

11. My favourite subject is English because the
lessons are interesting and have a lot of fun.
The knowledge of any language and specially
of the English language helps us to know more
about the countries, culture, read many books
in the original and to make new friends
worldwide. All pupils should master their
English to become good specialist in any
branch of life. My English teacher’s name is
Natalya Ilinichna Fenicheva. She is a real
specialist in it. Everybody understands all the
information completely, she can explain
difficult things in an easy way. We keep
smiling during her lessons. She doesn’t let us
be bored. We are very proud of her.
