In the student's ideal state, it would be a parliamentary monarchy where the monarch is the head of state but does not have real power, serving only to represent the country. The parliament would have three branches of power and be made up of members that, like the monarch, are responsible, sociable, generous, honest, skilled, prudent, well-educated, knowledgeable of laws, wishing for the country's prosperity and acting as patriots. The bill of rights would protect citizens by guaranteeing their rights to live, work, and have freedom and equal rights while also requiring that citizens obey laws and be punished if they are broken.

- 2. My ideal State… As for me an ideal State is a parliamentary monarchy. That is: the monarch is the head of state, but the parliament rules the country. In my country the monarch hasn’t got a real power. He(she) represents the country. The parliament has 3 branches of power: legislative, executive and judicial.
- 3. The Monarch must be responsible, sociable, generous, honest, skilful and prudent. The Members of the parliament must have the same traits as the monarch. In addition to it they must be well educated, know the laws and they must wish their country to be wealthy and prosperous. They must be patriots of their country.
- 4. The Bill of Rights: -Everybody must keep laws. If anybody break a law, he must be punished. -The State guarantees the rights. -Everybody has the right to live. -Work must be given to everybody. -Every citizen must have freedom. -All citizens must have equal rights. …and other laws.
