This document presents an experimental investigation on the strength properties of concrete containing micro-silica and nano-silica. Cement in M40 and M50 grade concrete was partially replaced with 5% and 10% micro-silica, and 1.5% and 3% nano-silica. The compressive strength, split tensile strength, and flexural strength of the concrete mixtures were tested and compared to a controlled concrete. Test results indicated that concrete with 10% micro-silica and 1.5% nano-silica replacement exhibited improved strength properties over the controlled concrete. The increased strengths are attributed to better particle packing and additional binding from the pozzolanic additions of micro and nano-silica.

Nano silica was then added at 2.5% of the cement weight. Corrosion resistance and flexural strength were evaluated. Test results showed that nano silica fly ash concrete had lower mass loss, smaller cracks, and higher strength compared to plain fly ash concrete. This indicates nano silica improves corrosion resistance and strength even when fly ash replaces cement. The optimal fly ash replacement was found to be 30-40% to maintain strength while nano silica helped compensate for strength loss from fly ash addition.

This document presents an experimental study on using copper slag and quarry dust as partial replacements for fine aggregate in concrete. Various concrete mixes were tested with copper slag and quarry dust replacements ranging from 0-45%. Specimens were cured for 7-28 days and tested for compressive, split tensile, and flexural strengths. The results showed that concrete with a 40% fine aggregate replacement achieved the highest compressive strength of 41.87 MPa. Split tensile strengths were also higher than the control mix for replacements up to 15%. Thus, the study demonstrates that using industrial wastes like copper slag and quarry dust as partial replacements for fine aggregate in concrete can improve strength properties while providing environmental and economic benefits.

The present work is directed towards developing a better understanding on strengths characteristics of concrete using as a partial replacement of cement by marble dust powder and sand by stone dust. The Dissertation work is carried out with M30 grade concrete for which the marble powder is replaced by 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% by weight of cement. For all the mixes compressive, flexural and split tensile strengths are determined at different days of curing apart from this the beams were casted and tested under flexural, the load and deflection are noted simultaneously and also the crack pattern were observed. In addition to this, sand is replaced with stone dust (SD) by 10%, 20% and 30% along with cement is replaced with MP by 0%, 10% and 20% by weight for M30 grades of concrete. Only 3 cubes were casted for various percentage replacements of sand with SD and cement with MP for 7days and 28 days compressive strength. The results of the present investigation indicate that marble dusts incorporation results insignificant improvements in the compressive, flexural and split tensile strengths of concrete and The load carrying capacity of RMP RCC beams {mix2 and mix3} is more compared to RCC conventional beams up to 10% of replacement and also for stone dusts and marble dust incorporation results insignificant improvements in the compressive strengths of concrete up to 20% of SD and 10% of MP of replacement.

Four concrete mixtures were prepared with 0%, 25%, 50%, and 100% replacement of sand with marble dust. The compressive, tensile, and flexural strengths of the concrete mixtures were tested at curing ages of 3, 7, and 28 days. The results showed that concrete with a 50% replacement of sand with marble dust achieved the highest compressive strength. The objectives of this study are to determine the optimal percentages of metakaolin and copper slag replacements. Concrete mixes with 0-12.5% metakaolin and 0-50% copper slag will be tested to evaluate compressive strength, split tensile strength and workability. The results will provide information on utilizing industrial byproducts in concrete production to enhance sustainability.

As concrete is the most abundant material used in the world, it contains aggregate content of around 60 to 70 %. Since aggregate are being used rapidly there has been a scarcity in the avaibility of these materials. This research investigates the effect of partially replacing aggregates by burnt brick bats and lateritic fines in concrete respectively for M25 grade concrete. The incorporation is done for 5%, 10% and 15% of burnt brick bats for coarse aggregate and by talking 15% of lateritic fines as constant for fine aggregate by conducting compressive strength test which gave the optimum value of 15% for natural sand. The compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural strength was conducted. The results showed density of of the concrete incorporating brick and laterite was lower compared to conventional concrete, the concrete with 5% burnt brick and 15% lateritic soil showed increased strength for 7 days compared to normal concrete but when 28 days test was conducted the strength was similar to conventional concrete. The split tensile and flexural strength of replaced concrete was found to be lower than the nominal concrete.

Specimens were cured for 7-28 days and tested for compressive, split tensile, and flexural strengths. The results showed that concrete with a 40% fine aggregate replacement achieved the highest compressive strength of 41.87 MPa. Split tensile strengths were also higher than the control mix for replacements up to 15%. Thus, the study demonstrates that using industrial wastes like copper slag and quarry dust as partial replacements for fine aggregate in concrete can improve strength properties while providing environmental and economic benefits.

The Dissertation work is carried out with M30 grade concrete for which the marble powder is replaced by 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% by weight of cement. For all the mixes compressive, flexural and split tensile strengths are determined at different days of curing apart from this the beams were casted and tested under flexural, the load and deflection are noted simultaneously and also the crack pattern were observed. In addition to this, sand is replaced with stone dust (SD) by 10%, 20% and 30% along with cement is replaced with MP by 0%, 10% and 20% by weight for M30 grades of concrete. This document presents the results of an experimental study on the use of waste marble dust as a partial replacement for sand in concrete. Four concrete mixtures were prepared with 0%, 25%, 50%, and 100% replacement of sand with marble dust. The compressive, tensile, and flexural strengths of the concrete mixtures were tested at curing ages of 3, 7, and 28 days. The results showed that concrete with a 50% replacement of sand with marble dust achieved the highest compressive strength. The 25% replacement mixture performed nearly as well as the 0% replacement mixture. Using waste marble dust as a partial replacement for sand in concrete is a potential way to improve the sustainability of the construction industry.
This document summarizes a study on the mechanical properties of high volume fly ash concrete. Five concrete mixes were designed with Portland cement replaced by fly ash at 20%, 30%, 40%, and 60%. Testing showed that workability increased with higher fly ash content. Compressive strength generally decreased with more fly ash but remained suitable for normal construction. Flexural strength was highest with 20-30% fly ash replacement. Splitting tensile strength decreased as fly ash increased but all mixes met requirements for road construction. This study investigates the use of metakaolin and copper slag as replacements for cement and fine aggregate respectively in concrete to improve strength and durability. Various literature studies showed that replacing cement with 7.5-15% metakaolin and replacing fine aggregate with 25-50% copper slag increased compressive strength by up to 40% compared to conventional concrete. The objectives of this study are to determine the optimal percentages of metakaolin and copper slag replacements. Concrete mixes with 0-12.5% metakaolin and 0-50% copper slag will be tested to evaluate compressive strength, split tensile strength and workability. The results will provide information on utilizing industrial byproducts in concrete production to enhance sustainability.

As concrete is the most abundant material used in the world, it contains aggregate content of around 60 to 70 %. Since aggregate are being used rapidly there has been a scarcity in the avaibility of these materials. This research investigates the effect of partially replacing aggregates by burnt brick bats and lateritic fines in concrete respectively for M25 grade concrete. The incorporation is done for 5%, 10% and 15% of burnt brick bats for coarse aggregate and by talking 15% of lateritic fines as constant for fine aggregate by conducting compressive strength test which gave the optimum value of 15% for natural sand. The compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural strength was conducted. The results showed density of of the concrete incorporating brick and laterite was lower compared to conventional concrete, the concrete with 5% burnt brick and 15% lateritic soil showed increased strength for 7 days compared to normal concrete but when 28 days test was conducted the strength was similar to conventional concrete. The split tensile and flexural strength of replaced concrete was found to be lower than the nominal concrete.

In this paper the results of an experimental investigation on the use of Metakaolin (MK) and Nano-Silica (NS) on various properties of concrete are presented. Metakaolin and Nano-Silica are used as partial replacement of cement for the preparation of concrete. In the present investigation initially cement is partially replaced by Metakaolin 5% and 10% by weight. Further investigation is carried out by combined replacement of Metakaolin at 5% and 10% with Nano-Silica at 1%, 2% and 3% by weight of cement. For structural applications the various properties, such as compressive strength, split tensile strength, modulus of elasticity and flexural strength of M25 grade concrete containing MK and NS are evaluated and the results are compared with the controlled concrete. Based on the test results, it can be observed that concrete prepared with a combination of 5% MK and 2% NS indicated increased strength compared to the controlled concrete.

The results show that with increase in amount of Nano silica, the compressive strength increases up to 3 , however, if amount of Nano silica goes beyond 3 , the compressive strength of concrete starts decreasing. shortage in many areas. Quarry dust can be used as an economic
alternative to the natural sand. In this investigation an attempt is
made to utilize quarry dust as a partial substitute for natural
sand in producing concrete. Natural sand is replaced by Quarry
dust at an interval of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%. Mix
proportions for M20 concrete is prepared with reference to IS:
10262-2009 and IS: 456-2000 for the study of workability.

This study evaluated the effects of zinc oxide nanoparticles on the properties of concrete. Zinc oxide was added at concentrations of 0%, 0.2%, 0.5%, and 1% by weight of cement. Tests found that concrete with 0.5% zinc oxide achieved the highest compressive strength (51.2 MPa) and split tensile strength (5.19 MPa) at 28 days, compared to 48.6 MPa and 4.52 MPa for normal concrete. Higher concentrations than 0.5% resulted in lower strengths. Therefore, zinc oxide nanoparticles can improve concrete mechanical properties when added at an optimal level of 0.5% cement replacement.

This document presents a study on using a combination of hypo sludge and silica fume as a partial replacement for cement in concrete. Hypo sludge is a waste produced by paper mills, while silica fume is a byproduct of silicon and ferrosilicon alloy production. The study aims to determine the optimum percentage replacement of cement with these materials to achieve the target compressive strength of M25 grade concrete. Concrete cubes with varying percentages of hypo sludge and silica fume replacement were tested, and results showed that combinations of 5% hypo sludge with 20% silica fume and 10% hypo sludge with 15% silica fume achieved strengths equivalent to conventional concrete after 28 days of curing

This document presents the results of an experimental study on the strength of concrete with partial replacements of cement with coconut shell ash and coarse aggregate with coconut shell. M30 grade concrete was prepared with 10%, 15%, and 20% replacements. Cement was replaced with coconut shell ash, and coarse aggregate was replaced with crushed coconut shell. Compressive strength, split tensile strength, and corrosion resistance tests were performed on cubes and cylinders at 7, 14, and 28 days. The results showed that 15% replacement of cement with coconut shell ash and coarse aggregate with coconut shell produced the required compressive and split tensile strengths for light weight concrete. Using these agricultural waste materials provided strength while reducing costs and waste.

Nanotechnology is a optimistic field in terms of environmental improvements including energy savings and reduced reliability on non-renewable resources, as well as reduced waste, toxicity and carbon emissions. Alumina component reacts with calcium hydroxide produced from the hydration of calcium silicates. The rate of the pozzolanic reaction is proportional to the amount of surface area available for reaction. Therefore, it is possible to add nano- Alumina of a high purity and a high Blaine fineness value in order to improve the characteristics of cement mortars The Aim of this project is to devlope the nano concrete and to study the effects of nano alumina on the properties of concrete. In this investigation the cement is replaced by 10% Fly-ash and Alumina nanoparticles of different proportion i.e 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5% & 3% in M40 grade of concrete. It is observed that workability decreased with replacement of cement. The compressive strength of nano concrete casted by partially replacement of 10% fly ash & 2% & 2.5% colloidal nano alumina , increased over conventional concrete about 18.03%, 14.28% for 3 days and 12.7%, 11.27% for 7 days and 4.17% , 2.07% for 28 days. The Split Tensile strength of this concrete increases with 5.73% and 9.16% respectively over conventional concrete for the replacement 1.5% and 2%. Flexural strength of this concrete increases with 13.05% and 26.65% over conventional concrete for the replacement 2% and 2.5%.

The 10% replacement mix achieved the highest compressive strength at 28 days, while the 15% replacement mix achieved the highest bond strength. In general, strengths increased up to 15% replacement, then decreased with further replacement. The study aims to utilize an industrial waste product, marble dust, to potentially reduce costs while maintaining strength in concrete.

White layer thickness (WLT) formed and surface roughness in wire electric discharge turning (WEDT) of tungsten carbide composite has been made to model through response surface methodology (RSM). A Taguchi’s standard Design of experiments involving five input variables with three levels has been employed to establish a mathematical model between input parameters and responses. Percentage of cobalt content, spindle speed, Pulse on-time, wire feed and pulse off-time were changed during the experimental tests based on the Taguchi’s orthogonal array L27 (3^13). Analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that the mathematical models obtained can adequately describe performance within the parameters of the factors considered. There was a good agreement between the experimental and predicted values in this study.

Data were collected through a structured questionnaire containing a five point Likert Scale. The study examined the data of 30 transgender entrepreneurs in Salem Municipal Corporation of Tamil Nadu State, India. Simple Random sampling technique was used. Garrett Ranking Technique (Percentile Position, Mean Scores) was used as the analysis for the present study to identify the top 13 stimulus factors for establishment of trans entrepreneurial venture. Economic advancement of a nation is governed upon the upshot of a resolute entrepreneurial doings. Presently transgenders have smashed their stereotypes and are making recent headlines of achievements in various fields of our Indian society. VOICE BASED ATM FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED USING ARDUINOIAEME Publication
The prototype of a voice-based ATM for visually impaired using Arduino is to help people who are blind. This uses RFID cards which contain users fingerprint encrypted on it and interacts with the users through voice commands. ATM operates when sensor detects the presence of one person in the cabin. After scanning the RFID card, it will ask to select the mode like –normal or blind. User can select the respective mode through voice input, if blind mode is selected the balance check or cash withdraw can be done through voice input. Normal mode procedure is same as the existing ATM.

The present study uses exploratory research to examine the relationship between the Organization's culture and the Effectiveness of the Performance Management System. The study uses a Structured Questionnaire to collect the primary data. For this study, Thirty-six non-clinical employees were selected from twelve randomly selected Health Care organizations at Thanjavur. Thirty-two fully completed questionnaires were received.

The goal of this study was to see how talent management affected employee retention in the selected IT organizations in Chennai. The fundamental issue was the difficulty to attract, hire, and retain talented personnel who perform well and the gap between supply and demand of talent acquisition and retaining them within the firms. The study's main goals were to determine the impact of talent management on employee retention in IT companies in Chennai, investigate talent management strategies that IT companies could use to improve talent acquisition, performance management, career planning and formulate retention strategies that the IT firms could use. The respondents were given a structured close-ended questionnaire with the 5 Point Likert Scale as part of the study's quantitative research design. The target population consisted of 289 IT professionals. The questionnaires were distributed and collected by the researcher directly. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to collect and analyse the questionnaire responses. Hypotheses that were formulated for the various areas of the study were tested using a variety of statistical tests. The key findings of the study suggested that talent management had an impact on employee retention. The studies also found that there is a clear link between the implementation of talent management and retention measures. Management should provide enough training and development for employees, clarify job responsibilities, provide adequate remuneration packages, and recognise employees for exceptional performance.

Only 303 respondents were collected out of 350 participants to whom questionnaires were distributed. From the employees of IT organizations located in Bangalore (India), the data were congregated. A simple random sampling methodology was employed to congregate data as of the respondents. Generating the hypothesis along with testing is eventuated. The effect of EI and TM along with regression analysis between TM and EI was analyzed. The NPAs growth directly and indirectly affects the quality of assets and profitability of banks. It also shows the efficiency of banks credit risk management and the recovery effectiveness. NPA do not generate any income, whereas, the bank is required to make provisions for such as assets that why is a double edge weapon. This paper outlines the concept of quality of bank loans of different types like Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of selected public and private sector banks. This study is highlighting problems associated with the role of commercial bank in financing Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME). The overall objective of the research was to assess the effect of the financing provisions existing for the setting up and operations of MSMEs in the country and to generate recommendations for more robust financing mechanisms for successful operation of the MSMEs, in turn understanding the impact of MSME loans on financial institutions due to NPA. There are many research conducted on the topic of Non- Performing Assets (NPA) Management, concerning particular bank, comparative study of public and private banks etc. In this paper the researcher is considering the aggregate data of selected public sector and private sector banks and attempts to compare the NPA of Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of public and private sector banks. The tools used in the study are average and Anova test and variance. The findings reveal that NPA is common problem for both public and private sector banks and is associated with all types of loans either that is housing loans, agriculture loans and loans to SMES. NPAs of both public and private sector banks show the increasing trend. In 2010-11 GNPA of public and private sector were at same level it was 2% but after 2010-11 it increased in many fold and at present there is GNPA in some more than 15%. It shows the dark area of Indian banking sector.

An experiment conducted in this study found that BaSO4 changed Nylon 6's mechanical properties. By changing the weight ratios, BaSO4 was used to make Nylon 6. This Researcher looked into how hard Nylon-6/BaSO4 composites are and how well they wear. Experiments were done based on Taguchi design L9. Nylon-6/BaSO4 composites can be tested for their hardness number using a Rockwell hardness testing apparatus. On Nylon/BaSO4, the wear behavior was measured by a wear monitor, pinon-disc friction by varying reinforcement, sliding speed, and sliding distance, and the microstructure of the crack surfaces was observed by SEM. This study provides significant contributions to ultimate strength by increasing BaSO4 content up to 16% in the composites, and sliding speed contributes 72.45% to the wear rate

The need to develop social entrepreneurship in agriculture is dictated by a large number of social problems. Such problems include low living standards, unemployment, and social tension. The reasons that led to the emergence of the practice of social entrepreneurship are the above factors. The research problem lays upon disclosing the importance of role of social entrepreneurship in rural development of India. OPTIMAL RECONFIGURATION OF POWER DISTRIBUTION RADIAL NETWORK USING HYBRID MET...IAEME Publication
Distribution system is a critical link between the electric power distributor and the consumers. Most of the distribution networks commonly used by the electric utility is the radial distribution network. However in this type of network, it has technical issues such as enormous power losses which affect the quality of the supply. Nowadays, the introduction of Distributed Generation (DG) units in the system help improve and support the voltage profile of the network as well as the performance of the system components through power loss mitigation. In this study network reconfiguration was done using two meta-heuristic algorithms Particle Swarm Optimization and Gravitational Search Algorithm (PSO-GSA) to enhance power quality and voltage profile in the system when simultaneously applied with the DG units. Backward/Forward Sweep Method was used in the load flow analysis and simulated using the MATLAB program. Five cases were considered in the Reconfiguration based on the contribution of DG units. The proposed method was tested using IEEE 33 bus system. Based on the results, there was a voltage profile improvement in the system from 0.9038 p.u. to 0.9594 p.u.. The integration of DG in the network also reduced power losses from 210.98 kW to 69.3963 kW. Simulated results are drawn to show the performance of each case.

A MULTIPLE – CHANNEL QUEUING MODELS ON FUZZY ENVIRONMENTIAEME Publication
In this paper, we investigated a queuing model of fuzzy environment-based a multiple channel queuing model (M/M/C) ( /FCFS) and study its performance under realistic conditions. It applies a nonagonal fuzzy number to analyse the relevant performance of a multiple channel queuing model (M/M/C) ( /FCFS). Based on the sub interval average ranking method for nonagonal fuzzy number, we convert fuzzy number to crisp one. Numerical results reveal that the efficiency of this method. Intuitively, the fuzzy environment adapts well to a multiple channel queuing models (M/M/C) ( /FCFS) are very well.

Power Grid Model
The global energy transition is placing new and unprecedented demands on Distribution System Operators (DSOs). Alongside upgrades to grid capacity, processes such as digitization, capacity optimization, and congestion management are becoming vital for delivering reliable services.
Power Grid Model is an open source project from Linux Foundation Energy and provides a calculation engine that is increasingly essential for DSOs. It offers a standards-based foundation enabling real-time power systems analysis, simulations of electrical power grids, and sophisticated what-if analysis. In addition, it enables in-depth studies and analysis of the electrical power grid’s behavior and performance. This comprehensive model incorporates essential factors such as power generation capacity, electrical losses, voltage levels, power flows, and system stability.
Power Grid Model is currently being applied in a wide variety of use cases, including grid planning, expansion, reliability, and congestion studies. It can also help in analyzing the impact of renewable energy integration, assessing the effects of disturbances or faults, and developing strategies for grid control and optimization.
