the Federal Aviation Administration, the European Aviation Safety Agency, and The Civil
Aviation Authority of China (CAAC). The approvals validate the ongoing commitment of the

3. What we are great at…
Airlines and corporate operators have many choices pertaining to the support of their aircraft
flight controls surfaces and engine nacelle repair needs. At AMII, we specialize in repairs and
modifications of these structural components applicable to a variety of aircraft models.
Advanced substrates such as Graphite, Kevlar and Carbon Fiber are materials commonly
utilized in the fabrication of aircraft structural components on modern aircraft. These
substrates require specialized methods of control and inspection, all of which are in-house at
AMII. All steps of these processes are monitored and verified to ensure the exacting
requirements are met.

4. Specialized Services
Repairs can only be made when a full diagnosis and evaluation of any component is made.
Structural components comprise of a number of complex units and materials that require
special methods of inspection to make a determination. Airframe International recognized
this important factor and has this capability on site. Trained and certified personnel perform
these inspections to known industry and international standards. Inspection methods under
our FAA approval are Magnetic Particle Inspection, Eddy
Current and Florescent Penetrant Inspection. This aspect of our services ensures complete
control of every detailed step in the repair process
Heat Treatment of Aluminum Alloys
To support those complex repairs requiring compound metal forming, AMII also recognized
the importance of having the capability to heat treat aluminum alloys during and after the
repair process. The ability to control the structural integrity and molecular composition of
these alloys ensures the design criteria are maintained. Only through these precise methods
of repair are we assured of the highest performance of
our repairs.

5. Service that comes to you….
AMII provides its customers with Field Support for domestic and international repair
needs. Operators don’t always have the ability to remove components. When schedules
and logistics present a greater challenge to the operator, our A.O.G. team can be on-site
providing support with a cost effective solution. It’s not an extra service we provide, it’s
what customers should expect.
