Repair
Clean
Balance
All engines and parts are booked in upon
arrival at the workshop, and are checked
to ensure that they match with the
customer's records.
With our in-house developed strip procedure,
every process and element is clearly recorded
and reviewed at each milestone.
Each piece of the engine is cleaned and
prepared (with industry leading products) for
inspection by the Quality Inspector.
With our ISO 19001, ISO 14001 and FPAL
accreditations we have a strict inspection
process, to ensure that all parts are fit for
purpose and adhere to all relevant industry
standards.
With our Schenck approved balancing
machine we can support rotating assemblies
and component testing. With the option of
belt drive or end drive.
Build Report Test and Release
A comprehensive report is produced by our
in-house engineers to give the customer a
full overview of their engine and the work
that has been carried out. It will also offer
recommendations for the future of the
engine.
Inspect
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis based,
our repair procedures enable us to prioritise
crucial tasks in assessing the safety and
longevity of your engine(s).
Once the customer has reviewed the report,
witnessed the engine test and is happy to
sign off the project, we release the engine
back to site.
