Responsible for interval reporting to internal/external department heads for invoice reconciliation, customer buys, sub-
scriber/retention analysis, equipment tracking, work order/job reporting, promotion impact analysis, marketing medium
success. In addition, all reports were to be repeatable and tested with procedures documented in writing for training pur-
poses and future use. All reports were written using SQL Management Studio, Access, Exceland some BI report build-
ing and query support as well as building and maintaining data warehouse tables for various department reporting.
Special Projects/Achievements
➢ Billing System Migration from CSG to ICOMS: Year-long project involving all reports being migrated to a new
billing platform; including report rewrites, compatibility testing, building of new reports due to enhanced data
with confirmation on updated formatting/data with 3rd
party vendors. In addition to report maintenance, was re-
sponsible for Quality Assurance of subscriber accounts to ensure migration was successfulwith no outages or
overages to the subscribers. Project was completed on time and within budget.
➢ Phone Migration from Sprint switches to WOW! Switches: Enterprise project including 5 departments collaborat-
ing to migrate 100K customers to new phone switches. Project timeline included monthly overnight moves for
approximately 6 months. Primarily responsible for determining customer list for migration (including scrubs us-
ing Excel Macros, CSG Macros and queries) to remove undesirables and researching any unsuccessful migra-
tions.
➢ Project Manager for Customer Service Survey overhaul: Coordinated with the web design group, field managers,
technicians and upper management, to build a new customer survey. Required results included enhanced survey
capabilities, result reporting, updated scoring system. Upon project completion, primary contact for field techni-
cian training, browser support, score review, user creation, password maintenance in addition to handling user
issues, issue triage and report questions. Project was 6 months in duration and completed on time and under
budget.
➢ New build area migrations into billing system – Over 7 years supported the acquisition and turn up of over 15
new markets. This involved system and report preparation (service codes, LOB, customer types etc) to ensure
new customers would be reflected in all reporting. In addition, gathered requirements for special market requests

and reporting requirements to ensure on time delivery with go live date.
➢ Extracting and analyzing data for requests out of Business Objects (Knology billing system customers). Writing
up criteria and putting results into reports formatted per the users requests.
EchoStar Satellite LLC: Englewood, CO (303) 723-3671, (02/99-11/06): Business Analyst
Primary Business analyst for report requests, systems integration and new application implementation. Proficient in re-
quirements documentation, testing and analysis, file management, database and hardware troubleshooting. Primary devel-

Skills:
Intermediate to Advanced SQL skills (data types, subqueries, unions/joins, having/not having clauses, case statements,
aggregate functions, boolean, aliases, rollup, scalar functions etc). Intermediate database table design, requirements docu-
mentation, advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Suite 2010, 2007 (including Word, Excel, Power Point, Access,
and Visio), 10-key by touch, typing at 75 WPM, knowledge of Microsoft Windows (all platforms), SQL, HTML.
Industry specific: Billing System knowledge of ACSR, CSG (Vantage), Business Objects, ICOMS (billing system) and
USHA (Billing system) as well as various search engines.
