Madeup of rectangularfurnacebody, mechanicallifting furnacedoor, air supply combustionsystem, exhaust pipe, launder
etc.
Furnaceshell, bottom, outsidereinforcement adoptsGBhigh qualitysteel plateand steel welding. The mainworking lining
canbe made of high alumina brickmasonry, but also can be used non-stickaluminum castable; theother partsaremadeby
relevant refractorymaterials, insulationmaterialmasonry.
Furnacedoor skimming parts adoptsintegralcastingbysuperfinespecialcasting for furnacedoor, can guard againstlong-
term forklift charging and skimmingimpact and wearing for thefurnacedoor.
Adopt automatic lifting furnacedoor,chainmechanicaltransmissiondevicewith electromagnetic brakemotor with cycloid
reducer, equipped with Anti-falltrackand weight box. Designin ramp furnacedoor for the forklift operationconvenience.
Combustionsystem can beequipped different models of manual, semi-automatic, automatic gasburner, naturalgasburner,
oil burner and regenerativeburner accordingtodifferent models furnaces.
