5. Our firm has a full range of Cylinders Heat Treatment Furnaces up to a capacity of 60 cylinders per
hour to offer to Cylinders Manufacturing industries. Heat Treatment line comprises Hardening and
Tempering Furnaces with Quenching Facilities. The hardening furnaces can be walking beam type
with quenching system for polymer or oil as per process requirement and tempering furnaces can be
walking beam or conveyor type.

6. Cylinders can be manually placed on a charging conveyor in front of walking beam hardening
furnace. Walking beams of hardening furnace will pick-up the cylinders from the conveyor and will
move inside the hardening furnace at required spacing from charging to discharging end. The heated
cylinders will be discharged out of the hardening furnace one by one and will be placed over the
cradle of the hydraulically operated vertical or rotary type quenching system which will immerse the
cylinders into the quenching oil. After the quenching cycle is over, the cradle will lift-up from the

7. quenching tank and the cylinders will be moved forward to charge side of the tempering furnace by
means of electro-mechanical discharge conveyor.

Rotary Furnace (Aluminium Melting Plant)

Ingot Casting Conveyor:We are offering a wide range of Ingot Casting Conveyors that is appreciated by the clients

20. 6) Combustion Equipment
a) Heating & Pumping Equipment
We provides filtered and at preset pressures the light fuel oil like LDO, HSD etc to the
furnaces, kilns, ovens, dryers, boilers etc. Presized and completely assembled on a skid,
we are ready for connection to on-site fuel supply and electrical power. Depending upon
process application, simplex and duplex units are available.
b) Conductivity Type Heat Recovery System
We also offer our clients with Conductivity Type Heat Recovery System used to recover
the waste heat energy. We offer our clients a wide variety of super efficient Waste Heat
Recovery System that harnesses all types of heat, originating from various fuels, and from
different industry sources. These systems work on the basic principle of utilizing the heat
energy from exhaust gases that are produced from diesel engines, gas engines, gas turbines,
furnaces, or industrial process plants. The gases that are to be discharged into the
atmosphere are cooled down by this system, and converted into electricity, steam or hot
water.
c) Single Stage Blower
Our company offers a complete range of standard Single Stage Blower for flow rates from
25 cu. mt. /hr through 10,000 cu. mt. /hr in single stage and up to any capacity in parallel
configuration for working pressure range up to 1kg/sq. cm. These are available as total
package units, ready to install or as bare blower units for replacement.
e) Double Stage Blower
We bring forth an extensive range of Industrial blowers which provides free motion and
constant air flow. Our designed industrial blower completely meets the industry standards

single and double stage. Our manufactured blowers are fabricated from quality raw

21. f) Radiant Type Heat Recovery System
We are instrumental in designing and manufacturing a wide range of radiant tubes and
retort type that is used for indirect heating in various gas fired and control atmosphere
furnaces.
g) Recuperator
We are also one of the few names to offer premium Recuperator system at competitive
prices. This system is a heat recovery system which can be installed on exhaust path.
Designed in accordance to air/fuel ratio, it consists of a recuperator that is selected
according to air/fuel ratio the shell and tube type. It is to be noted that the recuperator can
pre-heat the combustion air to the tune of 250 C to 300 C and preheated combustion gases
are used along with the fuel as combustion fuel mixer. Its chimney is designed up to 1
meter level from the furnace top and atmosphere temperature can be felt by the operator or
shop level from the furnace top. In addition to this the carbon content is very much less and
is within the population control board norms.

22. 7) Furnace Oil Handling System
a) Oil Tank
A well established name; we are engaged in providing oil tank. These are known for large
storage capacity (upto 25 KL), compact design and sturdy construction. Our furnace tanks
are made as per the industrial quality standards.
b) Oil Filter With Out Flow Heater
Our ranges of Furnace Oil Filters are designed according to international standards.
Designed in compliance with various industrial standards our array is provided with
convenient spin on design that helps to lessen the wear and tear of engine.
c) Out Flow Heaters
Out flow heaters are used to reduce the viscosity of the furnace oil and thereby enabling an
easy flow through pipelines and exerting fewer loads on transfer pumps. They consist of
one or more renewable cartridge type heating elements , thermostat , indicating bulb, dial
thermometer , air break contactor and matching flange in outflow heater, only that quantity
of oil is heated upto about 50 degree c, which is flowing out of the tank
d) Oil Pumping System
Oil Pumping System allows supply of oil to burners at specified pressures & temperatures.
Furnace oil heating pumping filtering unit is used for oil preparation-a vital phenomena for
the efficient operation of low air pressure and pressure jet oil burner. It's available as a
factory finished unit in duplex versions. They comprise of oil heater fitted with renewable
cartridge type heating element, gear oil pump with motor, oil filters, ball valves, pressure
regulating valves & instrumentation

23. FURNACES FOR FERROUS METALS
8) Billet Re-heating Furnace
Pusher Type Billet Reheating Furnace upto 50 Tonnes/hr. capacity.
These furnaces are mostly used in Steel Rolling Mills.
Our firm is actively engaged in consultancy, manufacturing
and supply of complete rolling mill plant, combustion
equipment and billet re-heating in India and abroad for the

25. 9) Metal Handling Equipment
In a typical heating application of ladles in steel plants our film burners can save as much
as 50-60% of fuel. The ladle heating time has been reduced substantially and a specific fuel
consumption of about 3-3.5 liters per tonnes of ladle capacity has been achieved.
a) Horizontal Ladle Preheating Systems

b) Molten Metal Transfer Ladle
Molten Metal Transfer Ladle is a refractory product, which is basically used for molten
metal transfer. Ladles enable molten Aluminium to be held at temperature for extended
periods, keeping metal clean.
10) Conveyorized Furnace for Spring Tempering
Our conveyorized furnaces are used for continuous heat treatment of smaller
components such as motor laminations, automotive springs or other critical items in
