Project Overview
Aloop will be a cloud based service providing customers and businesses the ability to purchase
products from the US and get them delivered hassle free to their desired destinations globally.
The website will include all aspects required to arrange for the shipment and payment of
consumer products.
This proposal presents an overview of the activities, deliverables, timelines and pricing for
Aloop’s Website Design and Development to be undertaken by Creative Chaos
Solution Overview
Creative Chaos will build platform based on Service Oriented Architecture (API centric platform)
with web client application for customers/admin and provide suite of APIs for external
integrations with retail partners.
We propose the development of the platform in 2 phases.

1. INTERACTION ENGINEERING & PROTOTYPING
We will start building an information architecture and start building wireframes and prototypes
for both the website and the web application.

6. FINANCIALS: PHASE 1 INVESTMENT
The project will be priced at per person, per week rate. The work required for each week dictates
which skills are needed. Hence, the number of people needed determines the cost. We bill you
for the number of resources working on your project for that particular week.
In addition to the development resources, we will be assigning a Project Manager to your project
provided to you at no additional cost.
The table below will give you an idea of the resources involved and the estimated cost.

7. CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT
Our Cloud Infrastructure team will manage your systems, databases and applications on cloud.
We also manage on-premise, datacenter environments and co-location facilities. We specialize
in AWS being an AWS Certified Standard Consulting Partner. AWS offers a vast range of tools
for building scalable and reliable applications and services; but they need to be leveraged for
maximum benefit and ROI.
The team will set up tools to monitor health and performance metrics of your applications. We
also setup alerts and take proactive actions based on notifications. Once your cloud
infrastructure is up and running our infrastructure specialists will take care of the day-to-day
operations of your cloud environment.
7.1. COSTS:
Setup provisioning and setup of cloud infrastructure: $15,000
Ongoing Monthly 24x7x365 cloud infrastructure support: $5,000 per month + 20% of AWS bill
8. ONGOING SUPPORT THROUGH DEDICATED DEVELOPMENT TEAM
A dedicated development team offers our clients an easy and cost-effective way to augment
your tech capabilities. We setup a team in our R&D center and they act as your augmented
technology team to handle all enhancements, support requests and bug fixes for the life of the
project. Generally a team of 3-5 developers is setup to provide ongoing support.
Additional resources can easily be added as your requirements change and your business
grows. Experts with specific skills can be involved on as-needed basis to perform particular
tasks. This makes the development process more explicit and manageable and ensures a
higher resources efficiency.
8.1. COSTS:
A dedicated resource may cost from $7500 - $10,000 per month depending on experience. The
exact team and number of resources can be discussed after the first major release.

Other Contract Terms
DELAYS
The team is dedicated and assigned to work on your project. We expect you to allocate a
reasonable amount of time and effort in making sure that you can respond to questions from the
development team as quickly as possible.
Agile development requires you (the product owner) to be involved in the prioritization of the
product backlog. Any ongoing revision, re-prioritization and providing insights into specific stories
is your responsibility.
Any delays from you in providing feedback, direction or removing any impediments may result in
an overall delay in the delivery of a sprint. This delay during which the team or a resource may be
idle will be billed to you.
WARRANTY
We are committed to provide a quality product that you can go to market with. Any issues identified
as part of “Acceptance” will be fixed by us at our cost.
TERMINATION
You have the right to terminate the project after each sprint. You will be responsible for any
outstanding invoices for the work done up till the last sprint.
We have the right to terminate a project if we have not received payment, or there are delays from
you in providing feedback, or we feel that this project is not tracking towards completion.
In case of termination by either party, your source code and assets will be handed over after all
outstanding payments are cleared.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This is a work-for-hire assignment. All intellectual property rights belong to you.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited and we are not liable for loss of profits, revenues or any damages etc.
incurred by you due to our development or development team due to acts or omissions or error.
You are liable for any delays that may impact the overall project deadlines.
We are liable for fixing any issues identified as part of Acceptance and Warranty.
