13. 1. We have a meeting where you share the product vision with us
2. You share all documentation you’ve collected
3. Based on documentation, we estimate costs and timelines within 3 days
4. We have another meeting, where we share and negotiate the estimates along with
sharing our product expertise (product risks, pitfalls, etc.)
5. Once we have an agreement on product vision, costs and timelines, we prepare all
required documents to sign along with the down payment invoice.
6. Once the docs are signed and the check is received we start the development phase.

The Problem:
The previous team of developers built an MVP in Angular. Unfortunately, the product wasn’t
scalable and wasn’t prepared to go live at all. Money was being wasted, investors were angry,
the platform stuck along with the whole business.
The Solution:
The Black Horse team took the project in February, 2019 and completely rebuild the application
in React. It highly improved platform scalability and performance which allowed to proceed
working on product and develop the business. Half a year later, in June 2019, Magicflix went live
and started making profit.
