This clinical trial evaluated the effectiveness of a combined treatment method using radiofrequency, ultrasound, and transepidermal drug delivery for atrophic and hypertrophic scars in 14 patients. Results showed a significant improvement in scars with a mean attenuation of 67% after six sessions, and histological examinations revealed regenerative changes in scar tissue. Patient satisfaction was high, with 79% reporting being satisfied or very satisfied with the treatment outcomes.
