The Arctic fox is an amazing creature that lives in the tundra of Alaska, Canada, Greenland, Iceland, Northern Europe and Russia. It has good hearing and smelling to hunt prey like lemmings, voles, squirrels, small birds, eggs, berries and fish. An Arctic fox has a body that is 18-26 inches long with a 13 inch tail, and its fur color changes every year to blend in with its environment as it follows and hunts prey like polar bears.
