Saudi Arabia is located in Asia in the Middle East, bordering the Persian Gulf and Red Sea. It has a varied landscape including coastal regions, mountains up to 3,000 meters high, and sandy deserts. The climate is harsh with frequent sandstorms and great temperature extremes. Animals found in Saudi Arabia include camels, gazelles, hyenas, and falcons. Saudi Arabia began as a group of people with similar backgrounds and grew over time to become an independent country in 1932. Oil and petroleum are the most important exports and Saudi Arabia has 25% of the world's petroleum reserves. Tourism is difficult due to strict customs but many Muslims visit holy sites like Mecca and Medina.

The document outlines a grading rubric for a student digital storytelling project across 7 categories, including purpose, script quality, audio/visual elements, use of images and editing software, and content appropriateness, with points allocated on a scale from outstanding to no credit based on proficiency in each area. Scores are determined by how well the project establishes purpose, maintains focus, incorporates required elements, uses technology appropriately, and connects content to the topic.
Students created a PowerPoint to share the information they learned about a Middle Eastern country of their choice. This is not teacher edited; additional instruction will be retaught for standard English conventions and age appropriate bibliography.
This document summarizes research analyzing skeletal remains from the archaeological site of Kellis 2 cemetery in Egypt and clinical specimens from the Smithsonian Institution. The researcher aims to diagnose whether burial B563 from Kellis 2 had anencephaly, a neural tube defect, by comparing its skeletal remains to specimens with known diagnoses. Measurements of B563's bones indicate it was a 30-week fetus. Comparison to skeletal remains of specimens with anencephaly diagnoses suggests B563 likely had meroanencephaly, a form of anencephaly where some brain tissue forms.

Content Marketing Unwrapped: A beginners guide for Australian communicatorsBob Crawshaw
This presentation discusses content marketing and how it is used to build relationships with communities through useful information sharing. It notes that content marketing is important because people are busy, don't trust large organizations, and have fragmented attention. The presentation outlines six steps to an effective content marketing strategy: having a vision, identifying communities, determining relationship goals, sourcing content internally and externally, choosing appropriate content types, and measuring results. It emphasizes using stories, case studies, thought leadership and curated content to engage audiences.
Can communicators be good leaders and if so what special skills do they need? And can you lead if the word "manager" is absent from your title? This presentation is for communicators in the Australian Public Service.
The document discusses the Oracle Application Grid approach, which aims to improve efficiency and flexibility by pooling and dynamically sharing resources across applications. It addresses challenges like tight coupling and inflexible scaling in traditional IT environments. The document provides guidance on low-cost marketing strategies for non-profit organizations. It discusses identifying objectives and key audiences, developing clear messaging, and leveraging various marketing channels including media, social media, word-of-mouth, and community events. It stresses the importance of persistence, creativity, and analysis in non-profit marketing on a limited budget.

Presentation to Australia's National Security Colege: 26 Nov 2012t sec colleg...Bob Crawshaw
National security relies on community support, which in turn relies on strategic communications. Strategic communications must be integrated across communication channels. Changing communication environments will affect government policy. New strategic communications must be continuous, interactive, truthful, and beyond just government messaging. It must rate highly on being anchored in integrity and continuity rather than being tied to political or media cycles. This implies the need for governments to crowd source sentiment, empower citizen responders, and invest in social media capabilities to own the information agenda across new and traditional media platforms.
The document appears to be a disjointed collection of random phrases and questions with no clear meaning or purpose. A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
