This document provides information about a 3-day leadership development program for mid- to upper-level Russian managers. The program will be delivered in Russian by CCL facilitators and coaches and is customized from CCL's flagship Leadership Development Program. It aims to improve leadership competencies in areas like communication, influence, self-awareness and strategic thinking. The agenda includes experiential exercises, assessments, coaching sessions and peer feedback. Participants will develop plans to increase their leadership effectiveness and bridge gaps between management and front-line staff. The program fee is 150,000 RUB plus VAT and interested individuals can register by contacting the listed CCL representatives.
