7. Comments: Alan_has demonstrated his ability to work well with customers and his peers,
he has shown a great interest in contributing to Chapel Hats and has consistently
demonstrated a positive attitude about learning how he can contribute more to the
company, he has shown an interest in contributing in areas such as merchandising and
creating a positive work environment . Alan has shown he is team oriented and a great
communicator. He makes sure to learn as much as he can from those who have a been with
company for a while as well as taking an it upon himself to learn about products the store
offers. Because of what Alan has shown and demonstrated I feel he will be a huge
contribution to the success and growth of Chapel Hats as an assistant manager in training.
Through his learning as assistant manager he will soon be able to take on the role to fill a
store manager position.

Further Manager Comments: And going further, I would like to point out that Alan has a
lot of knowledge and lots to offer to the company as well as peers. Alan always has tons of
insight and ample feedback for any situation, and whose contributions are greatly
appreciated.
Alan is always a team player, and always inclusive to any improvements to store function.
there never is any negative feedback or input, as Alan is always on board to oblige with
team direction. His service and loyalty are greatly appreciated.
There will be new customer service coaching and direction going forward, & having Alan
along to help in this process will be a great advantage to himself , the staff, and the store.
