I was privileged to work with the New Zealand Olympic teams in the 80s and 90s and transferred many principles from World Class sport to performance excellence in retail. Running a successful business requires complete clarity of purpose, a winning game plan, and a lot of hard work. Too many businesses think that hard work on its own is going to deliver the results. I have been delivering world class results through experience and best practice to retailers for 30 years. I am proud of the RPS performance system that transforms retailers and drives sales results. I am pleased to be regularly asked to give keynote speeches for retail associations and brands throughout the world.
