This document summarizes a UX research case study conducted by Debora Paskarina on improving the CV Maker service offered by Aksel. The research involved surveying 22 users, interviewing 3 users, conducting card sorting, and shadowing participants. Key findings included users finding the CV creation process complicated and having difficulty expressing themselves in writing. Personas were developed for Aira, a fresh graduate seeking an ATS-friendly CV, and Ajisaka, a creative professional confused about standard CV formatting. The research aimed to better understand user pains to help make the CV creation process easier and help users express themselves effectively.
