Lesson planning is a significant element of teaching-learning system. A lesson plan is a step-by-step guide that provides a structure for an essential learning. Before planning a lesson, it is essential to classify the learning outcomes for the class. It is important because it helps the teacher in maintaining a standard teaching pattern and does not let the class deviate from the topic. Pre-planning helps the teacher to be better equipped in answering questions asked by the students during the lecture.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to show my attention on having a job as an English teacher in Um Aldardaa
school. As I did some researches about the school and from my experience in training in that
school, I will be a right choice to be a teacher there. That's because I have experience of
training in Um Al Dardaa and other schools for each semester in college. I also want to
accomplish and apply my philosophy goals that I believe that will help in learning.
Firstly, the announcement conducts that you are looking for a teacher that have experiences
in teaching English for different grades. Moreover, I have experience in teaching science and
math in English. From my resume, I wrote that I have experience in teaching in both
government and private schools. So I have experience in teaching British and UAE
curriculum. I also was able to apply and make a unit exam for the students. I was also flexible
with working with different grades students. I used different strategies that I learned in
college and applied it in training. Like classroom management, assessments, stories, and
activities that make students use their senses.
I have some strengths from training in schools and college I was able to watch students in
break time and while they were doing sports. Other strengths that I'm able to do activities that
students enjoy and learn in same time. I apply some of the reading which was reading aloud
and guided reading. I have some experience in doing curriculum design, doing summative
assessments and doing stories sacs. As an educator, I want to achieve a good education for
students. By applying new strategies that I have learned from training in various schools
teachers. Also a new way of teaching and involve students in the lesson more.
