with the minimum food supply.
• Meet and greet the new foreign employees of the company at the airport.
• Continuously work with hotel and renters’ representatives (for the foreign personnel) on settling issues
regarding terms of residence, deal with maintenance problems, claims concerning the level of service and
consider relevant proposals.
• Continuously work with air agencies representatives on settling issues regarding travel/tickets arrangements.
• Perform similar service duties
• Fill up Admin personnel’s work hours to Timescope
• Trip requests arrangements for drivers
• Transportation arrangement for company employees, airport pick ups/drop offs and company visitors.
