• Attending the Vessel and coordinating with the vessel or the Master for

• Have good experience of handling the above jobs at various ports such as
Fujairah port, Ras al khaimah port, Jebal Ali port, Khorfakkan Port, Ajman
Port, Al Jadaf Dry Dock, AL khor Immigration, Dubai Dry Dock Port
Rashid and Hamriyah port.
• PRO: - Handling all the Immigration formalities in the Fujairah
Immigration, Seaport Immigration and also in the Ministry of Labour in
Fujairah.
Operation Executive Feb, 2007
• Along with the above activities I also had to handle Project Cargo Vessels
calling Jebal Ali for discharge of Cargoes.
• Liaising with the Tally Clerk’s and providing tally report to the Master and
to the Office.
• And to coordinate with the port Supervisor and Master for smooth, fast and
safely discharge/loading of Cargo.
• On completion of discharging /loading of Cargo also do the documentation
such as Departure Report, Statement of Facts etc.
• In short I have to supervise the overall discharging/loading of cargo and
provide a smooth flow of Operation.
Operation Supervisor March 2008
Presently working as an Operations Supervisor in the Shipping Agency
Department.
• Manage indoor and out door operations.
• Prepare, execute and supervise Vessel Operation planning.
• Assign/monitor operation duties.
• Prepare Bill of Lading and other documentation for General Cargo Vessels.
• Checking full requirements of Principals prior vessel arrival.
• Ensuring timely berthing of vessel & commencement of cargo operation.
• Keep close liaison with master and other key staff of the vessel during its
stay in port.
• Promotion and establishment of strong Quality Management System
within organization.
• Managing all the activities of Shipping Operations and supervise operation
staff.
• Handle all operation related queries and answer them via e-mail and
telephone.
• Arrangement of Boats from Port Rashid, Fujairah Port, Ras al khaimah port

and send to the principals.
• Opening Job files for vessels and handling the job till the closure of the file.
• Making Final invoices and coordinating for payments and FDAs.
• Handling of Vessels in Iraq and coordinating with the principals for Iraq
Vessel Operations.
• Coordinating with our Iraqi Team and coordination with Principals for the
Vessel smooth berthing and sailing and regular updates by Emails.
