Innovation Incubator Initiative – Programs and Services
• Disruptive Technologies: IBM will provide companies with access to advanced computing tools,
services and infrastructure to support collaborative projects in priority sectors
• Customer Demonstration Projects: cash investments matched with Industry contributions for
accelerated development of a product/service. OCE and IBM will facilitate and connect start ups and scale-
up companies with a large company to collaborate on the adoption of disruptive technologies and
development of new products and services
• Project Adoption Support (Data Science Interns): will offer industry partners an opportunity to hire a
post-secondary or post-graduate researcher
• Soft Landing Export Development Program: provides entrepreneurs the opportunity to work from
any IBM Innovation Space in the world to obtain regional support and resources for the right
connections to help open new markets, close international sales or connect with new partners
• Bespoke Business Services – through the Incubation centres, I3 will provide customized support for
companies with respect to all business and technology needs. Services may include support for
embedded executives, CTOs and legal/finance resources
