Business challenge: Tangerine Bank’s successful strategy has been to always stay on the
offensive and be willing and able to disrupt the status quo with Canadian market firsts such as
mobile check deposits and biometric security. With mobile apps on the front line of competition
and customer expectations forever rising, Tangerine needed to compress its app development
cycle while homing in on exactly what customers like and don’t like in the app experience.
The transformation: Tangerine is using a new mobile application development infrastructure to
