We would all like to believe that we can continue in our old familiar ways but we are also beginning to realize how critical it is to change and evolve in order for humanity and earth to survive. I created an infographic presentation for Shir Halpern, Owner at Tel Aviv Farmers Market and The Port’s Market, and a very active figure in the field of Agritech, Agrifood and Sustainability.
