This document provides specifications for an agitator for an ash mixing tank for ITC Limited's new recovery boiler in Bhadrachalam, Andhra Pradesh, India. The agitator will mix ESP ash with black liquor in a 15 cubic meter tank. It must withstand temperatures up to 105 degrees Celsius and be resistant to black liquor which has a pH of 10-11 and viscosity of 250 Cp. The agitator shaft, impeller and other parts must be made of corrosion resistant AISI 304 stainless steel. Performance data, drawings, test certificates and manuals must be provided.

recovery boiler.

i. Complete agitator with supports, Geared motor, Coupling etc., as per the enclosed
specification.
3. SPECIFIC ASPECTS
i. SITE CONDITIONS:
a.) Mill site is situated 60 m above the MSL and temperature varies +20 to 51 OC.
b.) Seismic area classification equals to zone III as per IS 1893
c.) Power supply: 415 V +10 %, 3 Phase 50 Hz + 3 %.
ii. Geared motor drive power to be selected with adequate margin over the power
absorbed.
iii. Please quote for spares for 2 years operation with item wise price.
