16. Rugby game
can be imagined as follows:
the field = market, the two teams = competitors,
the ball = customer, the goal = customer satisfied!
As the customer appears in the market (the ball in
tunnel between the two teams), the two
competitors start fighting for it. The Team that acts
as a unit gets the ball.
In Rugby this process is called SCRUM!
