The Agile model emphasizes small incremental releases with frequent testing. The entire development team, including developers, testers, managers, and customers, work closely together in daily meetings over short 1-4 week sprints. Agile methods like Scrum and Extreme Programming use open communication to gather feedback. Advantages include rapid delivery of useful software and collaboration between customers and developers. Disadvantages can include lack of clarity on project goals.

In Iterative model, iterative process starts with a simple implementation of a small set of the software requirements and iteratively enhances the evolving versions until the complete system is implemented and ready to be deployed.

V-model in software testing means Verification and Validation model. Much the same as the waterfall model, the V-Shaped life cycle is a consecutive path of execution of procedures. Every stage must be completed before the following stage starts. Testing of the product is arranged in parallel with a parallel stage of development in V-model.
The waterfall model is a sequential (non-iterative) design process, used in software development processes, in which progress is seen as flowing steadily downwards (like a waterfall) through the phases of conception, initiation, analysis, design, construction, testing, production/implementation and maintenance.

What is Agile Methodology?
AGILE methodology is a practice that promotes continuous iteration of development and testing throughout the software development lifecycle of the project. Both development and testing activities are concurrent unlike the Waterfall model
Agile management, or agile process management, or simply agile refers to an iterative, incremental method of managing the design and build activities of engineering, information technology and other business areas that aim to provide new product or service development in a highly flexible and interactive manner; an example is its application in Scrum, an original form of agile software development.

Our project explains about the student management. This project mainly explains the various actions related to student details. This project shows some ease in adding, editing and deleting the student details. It also provides a less time consuming process for viewing, adding, editing and deleting the marks of the students.
Water scarcity is the lack of fresh water resources to meet the standard water demand. There are two type of water scarcity. One is physical. The other is economic water scarcity.
Courier management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
It is now-a-days very important for the people to send or receive articles like imported furniture, electronic items, gifts, business goods and the like. People depend vastly on different transport systems which mostly use the manual way of receiving and delivering the articles. There is no way to track the articles till they are received and there is no way to let the customer know what happened in transit, once he booked some articles. In such a situation, we need a system which completely computerizes the cargo activities including time to time tracking of the articles sent. This need is fulfilled by Courier Management System software which is online software for the cargo management people that enables them to receive the goods from a source and send them to a required destination and track their status from time to time.

Event Management System Vb Net Project Report.pdfKamal Acharya
In present era, the scopes of information technology growing with a very fast .We do not see any are untouched from this industry. The scope of information technology has become wider includes: Business and industry. Household Business, Communication, Education, Entertainment, Science, Medicine, Engineering, Distance Learning, Weather Forecasting. Carrier Searching and so on.
My project named “Event Management System” is software that store and maintained all events coordinated in college. It also helpful to print related reports. My project will help to record the events coordinated by faculties with their Name, Event subject, date & details in an efficient & effective ways.
In my system we have to make a system by which a user can record all events coordinated by a particular faculty. In our proposed system some more featured are added which differs it from the existing system such as security.
Hybrid optimization of pumped hydro system and solar- Engr. Abdul-Azeez.pdffxintegritypublishin
Advancements in technology unveil a myriad of electrical and electronic breakthroughs geared towards efficiently harnessing limited resources to meet human energy demands. The optimization of hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems plays a pivotal role in utilizing natural resources effectively. This initiative not only benefits humanity but also fosters environmental sustainability. The study investigated the design optimization of these hybrid systems, focusing on understanding solar radiation patterns, identifying geographical influences on solar radiation, formulating a mathematical model for system optimization, and determining the optimal configuration of PV panels and pumped hydro storage. Through a comparative analysis approach and eight weeks of data collection, the study addressed key research questions related to solar radiation patterns and optimal system design. The findings highlighted regions with heightened solar radiation levels, showcasing substantial potential for power generation and emphasizing the system's efficiency. Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity. The study underscored the benefits of optimizing hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems for sustainable energy usage. Optimizing the design of solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems as examined across diverse climatic conditions in a developing country, not only enhances power generation but also improves the integration of renewable energy sources and boosts energy storage capacities, particularly beneficial for less economically prosperous regions. Additionally, the study provides valuable insights for advancing energy research in economically viable areas. Recommendations included conducting site-specific assessments, utilizing advanced modeling tools, implementing regular maintenance protocols, and enhancing communication among system components.

1. What is Agile model
•Agile development model is also a type
of Incremental model , rapid cycles.
•This results in small incremental releases with
each release building on previous functionality.
•Each release is thoroughly tested to
ensure software quality is maintained.
2. The Agile Process
•The agile model emphasizes on the fact that
entire team should be a tightly integrated unit.
This includes the developers, quality assurance,
project management, and the customer.
•Frequent communication is one of the key
factors that makes this integration possible.
•Therefore, daily meetings
•Deliveries are short-term(known as sprints).
Usually a delivery cycle ranges from one week to
four weeks.
•Agile project teams follow open communication
techniques and tools which enable the team
members (including the customer) to express
their views and feedback openly and quickly.
3. Existing Agile Methods
•Extreme Programming(“XP”)
•Agile Unified Process
•Scrum
Advantages of Agile model:
•Customer satisfaction by rapid, continuous delivery of
useful software.
•People and interactions are emphasized rather than process
and tools. Customers, developers and testers constantly
interact with each other.
•Working software is delivered frequently
•Close, daily cooperation between business people and
developers.
•Regular adaptation to changing circumstances.
Disadvantages of Agile model:
•The project can easily get taken off track if the customer
representative is not clear what final outcome that they want.
4. •Unified Process is an attempt to draw on the best
features and characteristics of conventional
software process models.
•It provides a disciplined approach to assigning
tasks and responsibilities within a development
organization.
•Its goal is to ensure the production of high-quality
software
