Agenda2030: The Global Goals of the theme

This project relation to goals of Agenda 2030
Vision of Agenda 2030:
“A world in which knowledge-empowered people, institutions and
organizations achieve results to overcome global challenges.”
This projects vision is to help pupils to get knowledge and empower
through that so they can make changes in their lives.
Agenda2030 in theme ”Teachers well-being”
Goal 3
We need to insist on developing mental health and
development. Today it is not enough to know facts
because they are easily available. Teachers need to
help children develop creative and critical thinking,
connecting facts into coherent and meaningful
structures. In this way they have to be able to build
and rebuild their belief and value systems and
themselves as individuals, based on facts they
encounter and scrutinize.
Goal 4
It is very important for teachers to educate
themselves all the time and be in touch with the
development of technology and challenges that the
modern age presents. Therefore, we notice a need
for a continual life-long education, including
professional development in European projects,
programs that national educational agencies offer.
There is a growing need for an interdisciplinary
approach in teaching. The most important skills
include mediation, communication skills, ICT skills,
innovative psychological and methodical approach to
pupils and classes.
Goal 5
It is necessary to stipulate that in the frame of
human rights genders have to have equal
opportunities in finding jobs, payment, and to fulfill
their professional goals. However, it is necessary to
accept and value the differences of each gender and
allow everyone the opportunity to satisfy the needs
that come out of our biological differences.
As a system we need to ensure a positive climate
which will ensure that despite gender and any other
characteristic, every pupil will be realized as a happy
and fulfilled person with a fully developed
personality.
Goal 8
Despite the fact that ever country has its own
economic characteristics, we need to educate
children about the possibilities and responsibilities
of what they want to do, about their human rights in
connection to work and their professional careers.
Teach pupils that society need to value all jobs no
matter what they are and develop a positive climate.
The future begins in elementary school so teachers
have a responsibility to teach and mentor pupils to
find the area in which the pupil will use their
potentials the best.
Goal 9
By cooperating with local communities, schools
should find areas where they could motivate pupils
to recognize and target the potentials that the local
community provides. They need to be given a
positive and motivating atmosphere to generate
innovative and infrastructure ideas so that they get
familiar with the principals of how the local
community functions and so that they can be able to
find a place in their community in which they can
contribute.
Goal 10
Despite the family economical background, the
system needs to enable equal educational
opportunities for all pupils. To achieve equality, it is
necessary to value differences, fight stereotypes, and
perceive differences as an opportunity to create new
qualities and not as an area of struggle and
oppression. The only way to achieve this is to create
an environment that welcomes people with different
characteristics and from different backgrounds into a
common living everyday situation.
Goal 17
It is important to create a strong support network for
cooperation among colleagues from different
countries and traditions and mentalities to share
examples of good praxis and experience on how to
solve problems before we make a new one.

  • 1. Agenda2030: The Global Goals of the theme ”Teachers well-being”
  • 2. This project relation to goals of Agenda 2030 Vision of Agenda 2030: “A world in which knowledge-empowered people, institutions and organizations achieve results to overcome global challenges.” This projects vision is to help pupils to get knowledge and empower through that so they can make changes in their lives.
  • 3. Agenda2030 in theme ”Teachers well-being”
  • 4. Goal 3 We need to insist on developing mental health and development. Today it is not enough to know facts because they are easily available. Teachers need to help children develop creative and critical thinking, connecting facts into coherent and meaningful structures. In this way they have to be able to build and rebuild their belief and value systems and themselves as individuals, based on facts they encounter and scrutinize.
  • 5. Goal 4 It is very important for teachers to educate themselves all the time and be in touch with the development of technology and challenges that the modern age presents. Therefore, we notice a need for a continual life-long education, including professional development in European projects, programs that national educational agencies offer. There is a growing need for an interdisciplinary approach in teaching. The most important skills include mediation, communication skills, ICT skills, innovative psychological and methodical approach to pupils and classes.
  • 6. Goal 5 It is necessary to stipulate that in the frame of human rights genders have to have equal opportunities in finding jobs, payment, and to fulfill their professional goals. However, it is necessary to accept and value the differences of each gender and allow everyone the opportunity to satisfy the needs that come out of our biological differences. As a system we need to ensure a positive climate which will ensure that despite gender and any other characteristic, every pupil will be realized as a happy and fulfilled person with a fully developed personality.
  • 7. Goal 8 Despite the fact that ever country has its own economic characteristics, we need to educate children about the possibilities and responsibilities of what they want to do, about their human rights in connection to work and their professional careers. Teach pupils that society need to value all jobs no matter what they are and develop a positive climate. The future begins in elementary school so teachers have a responsibility to teach and mentor pupils to find the area in which the pupil will use their potentials the best.
  • 8. Goal 9 By cooperating with local communities, schools should find areas where they could motivate pupils to recognize and target the potentials that the local community provides. They need to be given a positive and motivating atmosphere to generate innovative and infrastructure ideas so that they get familiar with the principals of how the local community functions and so that they can be able to find a place in their community in which they can contribute.
  • 9. Goal 10 Despite the family economical background, the system needs to enable equal educational opportunities for all pupils. To achieve equality, it is necessary to value differences, fight stereotypes, and perceive differences as an opportunity to create new qualities and not as an area of struggle and oppression. The only way to achieve this is to create an environment that welcomes people with different characteristics and from different backgrounds into a common living everyday situation.
  • 10. Goal 17 It is important to create a strong support network for cooperation among colleagues from different countries and traditions and mentalities to share examples of good praxis and experience on how to solve problems before we make a new one.
