1. Tomorrow
Tomorrow tens will come
I will get the big house down the road
Tomorrow my love will take me home
And I will bare many children as the Custom is
Tomorrow many nations will ask me to
Make for them portraits for future Purpose
Tomorrow the angels shall fly over my
Head telling me what to do for that man
And tomorrow I will celebrate my birth
What if tomorrow never comes
Will I cry,what will I do if tomorrow ends
Am I fit to enter that beautiful place
Which is my tomorrow.

2. Abike
Ruled by the sun
Powerful and often successful
Adventurous, courageous, confident and Arrogant
Down to earth and earthly
With ambitions and much work
To reach the top in the society
Willingness to take risks
Very suspicious but can be trusted
Skin like that of the sun
Glows like the oil from the olives
Perfect as the rocks on the Plateau
Clean as the falling spring in Kerang
She will wash five times five to be sure
Her eyes sparkles like the stars of the sky
Abike is rich in figure
She is whole in height
A heart like that of a Lion
Love is a strange word to her
But the power of love LIFE
She will loose so quick beneath

3. Rebirth
All the while my heart ached
For true love one that is patient
I dream daily of that day
The day he shall say
Beautiful you are O! purity
Could it be you of my dreams
Is this the real you
Are you African or Western
Do you believe we can make this work
I want you to warm my bed
I want to be the one to
Discover that black waist
Put you in a family way
And produce a new race

4. Power full of shame
Obtain mercy O! child
For the road maybe narrow
Throw your heart away to the Delta, your beginning
Cleanse every wanted blood
Do that which you promised
For we are no longer patient
At first you seemed perfect
You rained words of promises
We rejoiced hearing that
You mounted the barren seat
Only to watch your shameful face of deceit warm the Niger.

5. Heroes
Hear me O! heroes of my time
The battle just started
It started from that day
The day of affection for our own
The green pot of herbs
Disperses an irritating smell of pain, death, discomfort, suicide and political unrest
Heroes!
Yes I call you heroes
Because I know you stand out
Brave like the Eagle
Overcomers like a field of thick rich grasses
Heroes of my time
Will surround the world with innovations discoveries, champions and crown it with
greatness
Because the heroes of my time are undefeatable
They will transform their home; heritage from above ,to a Haven
O! heroes hear .

6. Revolution
Queen of the coast,how happy
I am that you are back
It dawned on me that you were
man enough to control the coast
Fist of our forefathers
Lay strong on the landed property
Owned by the people
What a disappointment it is
To watch nature flushed into the bowel of a few.

7. My last husband
Dangling breast of horror
Breath taking sight
Ocean tears of disgust
Belly filled with the white charm
My last husband was horror
First smelt of rose then .

8. Seat of Justice
Bite a bit of broad fire
Fire in the hills and valleys
Aso-Rock a seat of Justice
Manipulations ,laws and regulations
Built by the mouths
Who lie of their ability
Those whom the coat does not size
Those full of shame
Mouths of dishonor and shame
Coats unfit, abandoned regulations
The supreme unjust,seat of wisdom
now bare
Powerless power.

9. HAUWA
Beautiful like the moonlight
Hauwa is dark-tall slender
Maybe her mother was
See her long hair separated
Each from hair poured
Straight to her back
Her lips are black as though
There was a little touch from the
Pot coal
Her eyes are lit up like gold bronze
Although tall,she is moderately straight
Even,when she walks I fall for her steps
Hauwa is a proud woman
Who loves her culture and nature
She was born that way, she does not
Ethnitize herself from others
Her love for humanity is outstanding
I want to be like Hauwa when I grow up.

10. My mother
My mother epitome of beauty
Straight like an iron
Dark as the coal
Beautiful as ever
Proud at every step
Smiles at every achievement
Outstanding always
There to comfort me
Cleans my tears with hers
Supporting always
I believe in my mother
Courage brought her this far

11. Moonlight
The beads of her waist
The curves of her hips
The protruded back curves
Her flattened tummy
Your over grown oranges
The lips of honour
The nose,how African
Dimples of beauty
Eyes of captive
The black hair, how tough
The beautifully made akwaoche
With signs of the east

Carefully adorned to her legs

12. Taxi Driver
Turn round, replace revelation
With evolution, accompanied with
Manifestos of Change
Zoom with a hand of power and
Integrity
Be the people's owner
Change the unwanted part
Replace with strong and reliable
parts
Black and stagnant oil
Should be evacuated and replaced
With refined and new ones
To prevent pollution
Stand out rebranded
Renewing the mindset of others
Remain that giant of the masses
Surprise the world
With your speed
Miss Africa
Original rivers flown through her
Her mouth forms the undiluted
Genres and species,
Miss Africa leaves her friends
Amazed at her royalty.
Royalty runs in her vein
That is her nature
Miss Africa suffers the pain of
Backwardness
She loves her people
But they ruin her reputation beyond

Now her friends see her as a traitor.

An Ode To Night
It was surprising how my father refused
To pick up the orange that fell,
At the back of our house directly
Close to my window.
It was night I peeped I saw it
It was yellow shinny from a distance
Its green friend was with it.
It was night, night they said is
For strangers, I heard them say it the other,
Night in the next room.

But night opens my mind to new

Believes in Justice
Approaches his fear
Acknowledges his victory

Faceless
Tossed back and front
From the dark to light

When the government of the day

A faceless entity.
Yes we voted change,

A change in possibilities,

20. When the government of the day
Is paralysed, governs itself not the citizens,
Fortunes are misinterpreted.
Yes they preached change,
Now there is change,
Even in their homes
But I congratulate the people,
For they know what they want,

A LETTER TO DIMPA
I woke up today, remembered all we
Had gone through together
I remembered the times that were so hard,
So hard that we lost precious things.

Yes, I remembered when our streets were free from crimes,

A rare gem of our time
Great he was the man of Africa
The strength of his people
"Once a person is determined to help
Themselves, nothing can stop them".
He was not a Messiah but an
Ordinary man who became a leader
He was a voice
A voice that stood the test of time

A gem of love

Sure his memories
