AFM has a variety of dyeing ranges installed including a 12 Rope
machine (for R&D of new shades and smaller dye lots), a 24 Rope
machine, a 36 Rope machine and a Slasher machine. All the
above equipment is capable of running bottoming, topping and
high dip pure Indigo shades.

WEAVING
The weaving department is equipped with a combination of
Projectile, Rapier, and AirJet looms.
All fabrics are carefully inspected using the American 4-point
system, before being rolled and packed in polythene sheets using
shrink-wrap machines.
Woven fabrics are finished to enhance their physical properties
and dimensional stabilities. In order to obtain these characteristics
the fabric goes through various finishing processes, such as
Singeing, Mercerizing, Coating, Heat Setting and Sanforizing.

Our stitching facilities are equipped with the latest high-tech
machinery to maintain top quality. Automated pocket hemmers,
pocket setters, long seam over-lock, loop setters, fly stitching
machines, semi-automatic waistband machines, screen printing
facilities and a complete in-house embroidery department are
only a few examples of how we add value to our product.

Our company has several years of experience in the use of
traditional dry processes such as grinding, hand scraping and
chemical sprays. We have added high speed Laser machines to
our portfolio in an attempt to further add value to our product
and move closer to an environmentally friendly manufacturing
process.
We have a BVQI certified lab for testing yarn, fabrics, garments
and washes using the latest equipment. Our lab is also approved
by several of our existing customers, which facilitates testing and
sampling procedures.
Our state-of-the-art Laundry uses European washing machines.
These are high speed intelligent machines can handle a wide
range of fabrics from rigid to super stretch fabrics.

Finishing and packing is an integral part of our business. Our
