The Asia tax mill purchase raw material from many suppliers. The major suppliers of this

Order Cost & Shipment Cost:
The order cost and shipment cost is depend on situation because this company is work as
a conversion. The cost of order and shipment is mostly payed by retailer who give the yarn to
this company and order for the production for certain time period. When company produce the
own cloth then company bear the order and shipment cost. Sometime according to situation
loaded truck from mill to destination they will be paid.
Production:
The daily production of the mill is near about 10 Thousand Square meter. Here at the
time 100 plants are work that produce different kind of clothes under the one roof. That are

Consumption:
The daily consumption power of the company is high because here is 100 looms and
plants are working and the electricity and the gas consumption is more and the production is high
and they use the thousand corn of yarn to make the single yarn and then produce the final goods.
Production process:
The production process is start from the receiving the yarn from other suppliers and then:
Yarn Dyeing & Bleaching:
Dyeing is the process of adding color to textile products like fibers, yarns & fabric. It is
processed by the use of special solutions and various chemical materials. This can be done in
hanks and packages cone dyeing.
Our dyeing house consist of modern technology machines and professional team, which has
been the reason in controlling , maintaining the shades, while making sure we meet all clients'
specifications and standards keeping in mind our environmental responsibilities.

Sizing & Warping:
As the process of fabric manufacturing begins from warping section. We have sectional
warping machine manufactured by Benninger. Bobbins are hang on the reel which make a warp
beam, set of warp beam produces a weaver beam.
Sizing of yarn is essential for strengthening the warp by adding starch to reduce breakage of the
yarns. In 2012, we installed sizing machine in mill which lead us to make better and consistent
quality from looms. In which the yarn is washed and send to different plants for next process.

Weaving
Asiatex Corporation have facility to weave fabric on the state-of-the-art looms. Our team
consist of experience and skilled professionals who are always visiting the loom to ensure loom
produces quality fabric not only conforming to international standards but also exceeding them.
It also ensures that our employees are provided with the safe and healthy environment. Our
weaving section consist of Sulzer shuttle less looms which are installed with dobby and multiple
weft insertion up to four color. All looms are equipped with latest data management system so
we can the monitor the efficiency of the loom. We are capable of weaving twills, drill, satins,
sheeting, duck and yarn dyed fabric on our Sulzer shuttle less looms. These fabric can be woven
in 100% Cotton, Poly Cotton, 100% Polyester, Tetron Cotton Etc.

PROCESSING:
A part of appearance, the pleasant feel adds value to processed fabric. Our processing
unit is highly talented in bleaching, dyeing and finishing of fabric. Dyes chemicals use in our
processing are Oëko Tex Certified which enable us to produce goods without any harmful
substances. In house facility of bleaching, help us to maintain the quality and achieve the
whiteness as per customer requirement. And fold the fabrics and cut it.
Inspection room:
In this room cheek the all fabric and remove the all faults and measure it and the go out
of the company.

Sewing & Packing:
The stitching department is equipped with high tech machine which transform fabric into
product of home textile & institutional textile. With the help of numerous techniques, skilled
labor force molds the fabrics into different size and styles as per clients requirement, product
take its shape according to necessity of customer. We have separate packing department. Our
well trained personnel have an ability to pack goods as per buyer's requirement.
