3. INFRASTRUCTURE
Our manufacturing unit at Tirupur comprises of all the Technological faculties
to manufacture the best products in the industry. The units have both skilled workmanship
and the latest imported machines and equipments. Besides this, we have adequate
infrastructure in our Associates’ units to carry out all the p rocess from knitting to packing
with 12,500 square feet working area.
CUTTING SECTION
Experienced work force involved in manual cutting assiste d with
band knife cutting machine and table top cutting machines execute the cutting program .
STITCHING UNITS
Equipped wit h modern and specialized stitchin g machines, the
production unit engages skilled tailors a nd stitch garments in line production. Organized
work force trim the hanging threads and sort the defective pieces and send them back to
corrective process, stain removers, with multiple provisions to remove hard stains are put in
to use to ensure stain free garments.

5. FINISHINGFLOOR
PACKING
Presentation of the garment is vital. Experienced work force provided
with vacuum tables and steam irons fold the garments to the specifications. Pac king and
cartoning follows through to get the goods ready for export.
