FOUL / DISCIPLINE
1. Reporting on Time for Players / Technical Officials / OC Officials /
Host
Time is important and disrespect of time will not be tolerated,
Likewise for player 03 call to be given before calling his/her name Dis-
qualified, the same rules applied to Officials.
1. On Time Judgment :
Many a times Judges / Referee forgets or skip to give marks to
players, and asks to perform again, It is not allowed and foul on
Judging side.
(Hence, No mobile phone or any electronic communication or
meeting the on duty personnel is not allowed )
.
1. Performance off the Playing Field & facing
opposite to audience,
Performance of Asana is allowed only on the give
playing arena i.e. Yoga mate as provided by the
organizing committee and used by other athletes,
The Athlete must face audience / judges during
performance & not to back side or opposite
1. Audience Control :
Yogasana is a sport of balance and many posture requires
concentration & for the same, Audience (including fellow player /
official / judge / coach) are not allowed make any act which may
disturb the athletes performance,
No un-authorized entry on stage or Playing arena is allowed during
competition or medal ceremony without accreditation, and this is the
duty of Stage Manager.
1. Control on Photo / Video shooting
Many a times, Authorized personnel (Judge / Referee / Official) is
busy in taking photos or taking photos while players are performing,
which may disturb them or it will be without the consent of the Player,
so only accredited personals are allowed for photo / video shooting,
1. Different playing condition :
Yogasana is an Indoor Sport, but somehow, if the host at local level
cannot host the Indoor event, then he must provide same playing
condition for all the Athletes and cannot be changed once competition
has started,
1. Anti-Doping :
Hence our Sport is young and new, but not doping, So we will define
here "any external substance (medicine in nature of eat / apply / etc )
which improves the performance illegally " is not allowed before-
during- after the games, We promote Equal Opportunity,
1. FAIR PLAY : Blood Relation / Personal / Private Training :
Any official or judge who is in direct blood relation to the
athlete or coaching directly to the given athlete, must disclose
to Chief Judge or Technical Director before the competition
starts and not to be part of the same event.
1. No Disturbance to Athletes / Officials During the event :
The competition must Go on, even if any guest / visitor /
media reporter visits when competition is live and cannot be
stopped or disturbed in any means,
1. Confidentiality / Business Ethics :
All the matters in sports is public, unless & until, some
inside business related to Technical / Executive / Managerial is
required to keep between the group, must not should be
discusses or disclosed in public,
1. Sensitive Social Media :
 In 21st Century, Social Media is an powerful tool, and hence
all the accredited officials are advised to not to post / share /
promote any Anti-Federation / AntiSport / Political / Hatred
Comment or anything which directly or in-directly leads to the
NYSF or Sport at large

9.1 ASANA DIFFICULTY JUDGE

Work of D Judge (Asana Difficulty Judge)
•To observe the perfection of Yogasana as mentioned in the point no. 8 according
to the rules and key judging points.
•D Judge will provide marks to the asana out of 10 as per the micro marking
system.
•10 marks for each asana * 10 asanas = 100 marks
•iv. ‘D’ Judge deduct marks if the Yogasana is not fulfilling the listed criteria.
v. To count that the number of Yogasana’s performed do not exceed 10. This
function will be delivered by special referee.
vi. Highest and lowest marks will be deducted and only the mean of marks given
by remaining 2 judges will be considered.
vii. Penalties will be deducted from the total score given by ‘D’ Judge
