Use these instructions to view and update
the Adult Credit information on the 211,
EO website.

In order to update the information in 211
and the Employment Ontario (EO) websites;
1. In your address line
type or paste:

4. FIND THE ADULT CREDIT
SITE IN EMPLOYMENT
ONTARIO (E0) WEBSITE
Displayed before you is the
EO website.
To locate the Adult Credit site :
1. Go to the Training and
Upgrading field and type or
choose, "Adult High School
Credit Programs“.
1. Go to the Enter a Postal
Code or City field and type
in the city or town.
2. Click the "Go!" button.

5. You will now see
displayed before you all
of the school board
sites/programs available
in your area.

6. SELECT YOUR ADULT
CREDIT SITE
To view the detailed
information about your
Adult Credit location, such
as contact names, special
services etc..
1. Identify the location
you wish to review
2. Click on the bolded
text of the selected
site.

A site information
bubble now displays.
To view the detailed
information:
1. Click on More

8. REVIEW SITE
INFORMATION
The More Info button takes you
to a screen that displays the adult
credit detailed information that
resides on the 211 and EO
websites.
Note the features on this screen :
• GLOSSARY TAB : provides
information on terminology.
• UPDATE TAB allows you to
edit/update the site.

9. CHANGE YOUR
INFORMATION
To change any of the information
on your site
1. Click on the UPDATE tab.
This action takes you to the
template screen.

Use this template to change site
information.
The template is divided into several
sections. The following sections will
be discussed in this training
session.

Information

11. EDIT ORGANIZATION or
PROGRAM NAME
This field allows you to change
the existing name of the of the
site and or program.
The current site name that
reside on the website will
display
To change the name that
displays
1.Enter the revised
site/program name in the box
below the text.

12. EDIT CONTACT
INFORMATION
To make changes to any of the
fields in the template
Enter the new information in the
box beneath the information
displayed.
1. Enter the phone numbers
for the Adult Credit Site as
required.
2. Enter Email of the contact
person for the site.

13. EDIT YOUR CONTACT
INFORMATION cont’d
1. Enter the school board
website or the adult credit
website if available.
2.Enter the address of the site
where the adult credit
program is provided.
3.Enter the name of the adult
credit principal or
superintendent
4.Enter the name of the site
administrator or designated
contact person
NB. If the name of the Adult
Credit Principal or Superintendent
is the same as the name of the
site administrator, add the same
name in both fields.

14. EDIT THE PHYSICAL
ACCESS INFORMATION
Enter the revised information
for each field as required.
Note: if you are unsure of
understanding any of the
highlighted terms , click on
that term and an explanation
window will open.

15. EDIT SERVICE SECTION
1. Enter the description
program information Courses designed for adult learners who want to complete their high
school diploma* for mathematics and social sciences, child care
service available for qualified students.
NB. This section can be used
to describe Adult Credit
Programs offered as well
as any OTHER SERVICES
provided such a child
care, job search
workshops, or any other
special programs you wish
to communicate.

16. ADD YOUR CONTACT
INFORMATION
1. Scroll up the template to Your
Contact Information
2. Enter the contact information
of the individual who is
making the changes to the
website.
3. If new information has been
added, select option 1 button

17. OPTION 2
If no change is required:
1. Select option 2 button
2. Type the following in
special notes: “reviewed
reviewed but no changes required
but no changes required”.

18. PREVIEW CHANGES
1. Scroll down to the
bottom of template

2. Click on Preview to
review the changes
you have made to
the record.

19. FINALIZE UPDATE
A screen will display
showing all the changes
you made to the record.
1. Scroll through the
information.
2. If corrections are required
use the BACK button and
make appropriate
changes.
3. If everything is correct
then click the UPDATE
button.

23. Add a New Site
Use these instructions when the site does not
currently exist and there are no current
records residing on the data base that can be
revised.

24. ACCESS THE E0 SCREEN
THAT DISPLAYS SCHOOLS
IN YOUR AREA.

1. Click on “Suggest a new
record”.
This will take you to the
template screen.

25. ENTER NEW SITE
FORMATION
1. Locate the Suggest a new record
section on the template.
2. Type the name & address of
the school /site to added
and “ please add new site”
3.In Your Contact
Information: enter your Name ,
Title, Board, Email and Phone
number in the fields provided.
4. Scroll to the end and click the
Preview button.

26. COMPLETE ADDING NEW
SITE INFORMATION
A screen will display showing all
the changes you made to the
record.
1. Scroll through the
information and check that
the information entered is
correct.
2. If everything is correct then
click the Send button.
You will contacted by the
database administrator to
confirm .

30. DELETE AN EXISTING SITE
Follow the instruction outlined in this section
of the training when you are closing an
existing site and there will not be a new site
replacing it.

31. ACCESS THE E0 SCREEN

1. Type: “please delete the site:
(enter site name and city)”
into the first information
box.
2. Type Your contact
information. (All fields
should be completed in this
section)
3. Scroll to the end and click
the Preview button.

the changes you made to the
record.
1. Scroll through the information
and check that the information
entered is correct.
