ADN-France is developing a payroll module for OpenERP to address the complex legal requirements for payroll in France. They have experience developing proprietary payroll software and a payroll prototype. Their proposed module would have a generic engine to integrate country-specific rules and declarations. It would be highly configurable and open source. Completion is targeted for end of 2011 and would integrate with existing OpenERP HR, accounting, and reporting modules.
