8. We design the complete HVAC projects as per the requirement of cleanliness of rooms.
Installation of HVAC systems, design and fabricate duct as per the SMACNA standards to
minimize the pressure lose and the proper insulation to resist the heat flow from inside duct to
outside duct.
We offer EU-13 mini manipulate filters for clean room comparability light and user friendly,
commissioning the HVAC system, maintaining the required temperature, humidity and pressure
at different levels.
After commissioning we will keep the run test for two to three days (8 to 10 Hours /day) by
maintaining test report of time, temperature, humidity and pressure, and shall submit the test

10. AIR WASHER UNIT
To meet specific industrial need of our clients, we manufacture and export a range of high quality
Air Washer (Evaporative Cooling Unit) or Industrial Cooling Systems.
Simply used for cleaning and cooling the warm and moist air that enters into these systems to a level
where it meets dew point when come in contact with refrigerated water.
These units help in minimizing the moisture content of air and making them fresh from its actual
content.
The spray or liquid bath in these washers helps in decreasing the soluble impurities and particles.

11. DEHUMIDIFIER
The basic functional principle of a condense drying dehumidifier. A fan draws in humid air and
carries it through a refrigerated evaporator. The air is cooled well below its dew point. The water
condenses on the cold surface of the evaporator and drips into a water container or is led directly
to a drain. Then the cold dry air continues through a hot condenser which heats it up and returns
it to the room to pick up new humidity. This procedure is continued until the desired condition is
achieved.

12. DYNAMIC PASS BOX
Box is designed to minimize traffic and contamination entry into the clean room.
Enables parts, tools and other work items to be passed to and from the room. Unit
acts as an air lock device preventing ambient air from entering, or clean air from

There is One Outdoor Condensing Unit And Multiple Indoor Units . The Term
Variable Refrigerent Flow Refers to the Ability of The System to Control the
