3. The purpose of this lesson is to understand the concept of adjectives
and how adjectives are used to make a sentence more exciting.
In this lesson students
will learn about
adjectives and
identify them.
They will use some
common adjectives
to describe the
pictures

4. Game: “Picking the Nouns and describing them.”

5. Teacher will play the warm up game of “Picking the
Nouns and describing them” with the group of
students in the class.
She will give the words on slips of paper, 4 paper slips
along with a coloured glass per group.
Then the teacher will ask the students to identify the
nouns from the paper slips and after adding a
describing word to the noun they put it in the glass.

6. Teacher will explain the term “Adjectives –
Describing Nouns” with the help of a picture
