This action research plan aims to identify how instructional coaching can support teachers in improving assessment scores of English Language Learners in math, writing, and science. The plan involves 14 action steps over the course of a year, including identifying relevant research, meeting with administrators, observing classrooms, analyzing student data, presenting strategies to teachers, and presenting findings. The goal is to determine if instructional coaching can help increase the assessment scores of English Language Learners.
