in the implementation? What role
will they play?
What are the Vital Behaviors for each
role? (Grenny, et al., 2013)?
How will you monitor that the vital
behaviors are happening as needed
to achieve implementation?

In this activity,
the team from
Wyoming H.S.
and I will talk
through all
three of the
issues that
influence
implementation
Fidelity and
Integrity

each school team
will have work
time to talk thru
the 3 Faces
using pages 4-5 of
the handout

1. Audience Role: Follow along and make notes
on page 3 of handout. You will use these notes
in the debriefing
2. Please appreciate the team doing the Fish

3. Understand that this is not rehearsed, so the
team may have quick answers for some
questions and may need more time afterward
to continue processing and answering the
questions.
