What is time management?
The ability to use one's time effectively or productively, especially at work.
With poor time management skills, student athletes would struggle to
balance their education with their sport. This could lead to lack of
sleep, disorganized, low energy and self-doubt in how well they perform
in the classroom and in the field.
Ways of efficient time management for athletes
