4. ProcedureDraw an eye on the bottom of the petri dish with a permanent markerAdd just enough egg whites to cover the bottom of the petri dish.

7. CleanupPour all of the eggwhites out of your petri dish into the container marked EGGWHITE waste.Wash out your petri dishes and return.
