The research paper focuses on developing a mobile application for teaching English using open educational resources. The researcher will develop a mobile app for an English teaching course and test it with a sample group of learners. The goal is to increase methods of teaching English through a mobile app and make it accessible to students of different levels. The paper aims to create awareness of the potential of mobile learning in the classroom through innovative teaching methods using open educational resources developed for mobile devices.

1. Abstract
Paper entitled as “Open Educational Mobile Application Development and Implementation for
Teaching English based course.”
The research paper will focus on the Mobile based Open Educational Resources which can be
used for developing English in the classroom. Research paper will introduce the overview on the
mobile devices that are based on open source OS and its use of it in India. The paper will lead
with authentic source of M-learners through M-Learning system and its ratiocinations in India.
Researcher will develop the mobile application based on English Teaching Course and make it
available with the targeted sample group of learners. Then an attempt will be made to explain
some to the processed involved.
It is hoped that this presentation would facilitate to create an awareness of the potential of the M-
Learning in the classroom through innovative method of teaching Open Educational Resources
Development for mobile. There will be many other openings connected with this experiment
with learning mobility where interest, time, space, material etc. would be maintain lasted
perseverance. It is also explores the possibilities to tapping the knowledge of using technology in
the way we require.
The paper’s main objective is to enlarge the methods of teaching through mobile app
development and its comfortable use for developing English for the students of different level.
