We deliver results through our smart exam architecture and agile development methodology. Our architecture is designed for scale, reliability and security and supports AWS best practices. We use agile methods like Kanban boards and Git version control. Our code meets standards and we use tools like HelpnDoc for documentation. We implement test database designs and have experience with large-scale exam applications.
Security is one of the most important aspects when designing and creating environments in the cloud. It is worth considering infrastructure design in relation to best practices. DevOps can be such an example.

DevOps and Continuous Delivery with Visual Studio 2015 and VSTSSolidify

How to Choose an API Automation Tool for a Distributed Cloud-based App: To...Altoros
This presentation describes 10 key criteria for selecting API automation tools, such as WSO2 API Manager and Apache UserGrid. It also highlights:
- Examples of APIs in Use
- Why Automate?
- Evaluation Criteria: What Is Important and Why?
- 7 Steps for Comparing API Platforms
etc.
Deep Visibility: Logging From Distributed MicroservicesAaronLieberman5
Visibility into any system is a key component of creating a supportable platform. Without proper logging, support can be costly and inefficient. With the emergence of APIs, microservices, and distributed, decoupled architectures, logging becomes even more important because there are more components that make up a system than ever before. This is beneficial from the standpoint of creating reliable systems, but logging frameworks need to adapt to this architecture because the premise of logging remains the same as it always has: log clear messages that are easy to read with the goal of enhancing visibility into a system.
In this Meetup hosted by Big Compass, we will explore techniques of logging from the typical iPaas or always-on managed system like a custom application on an EC2, and we will balance that with a discussion on logging from serverless microservices such as AWS Lambda also. We’ll walk through a real system we have created and discuss how a logging framework can be created using AWS serverless services to enhance the visibility and supportability of the system.
You will learn:
Common best practices and blind spots of logging
Differences of logging from always-on systems versus serverless services (AWS Lambda)
Successful use cases where logging has been implemented to improve supportability of a system
Who should attend:
IT leaders who want to decrease support cost and have a system visibility pain point
Developers struggling with implementing a robust, highly visible logging solution
Anyone considering using serverless technology for an upcoming implementation
Reasons to attend:
Create a logging framework that garners deep visibility and a great experience for users, no matter the underlying architecture

Organisational Considerations for Customising SharePoint and Office 365Matthias Einig
Standard software undergoes rigorous testing before releasing. Organisations often customise standard software to meet their specific needs and add more value to their business. Unfortunately, they are often unaware of risks that customisations introduce. In this session, you will learn which ways SharePoint can be customised and which risks each of them involves, but also how to manage and decrease risks for your organisation when customising.
Benefits of Attending this Session:
1. Know the different ways how to customise SharePoint
2. Understand the up and downsides
3. Understand what a simple Customisation Governance Plan for SharePoint and Office 365 looks like

DevOps is a set of practices that aims to provide superior quality software quickly by integrating the processes between the development and the operation teams. DevOps is an agile relationship between development and IT operations. DevOps is the abbreviation for Development and Operations. The development includes Plan, Create, Verify and Package. Operations include Release, Configure, and Monitor.

DevOps is an approach where one size does not fit all organizations. It involves the constant adaption of new technologies and tools for a seamless experience. The significant advancements in the tools used for DevOps implementation are a sign that DevOps will continue to evolve in the future. For example, Kubernetes is now used along with Docker to improve automated deployment and management. DevOps has further branched out to services like DevSecOps, QAOps, SecDevOps, MLOps , and much more.

The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.
