is to eat right. Whether that is because we have limited access
to resources in all areas or if it is because we simply have too
much access to unhealthy food, there are many reasons that

processed foods and sugary drinks? Just because we are alive
does not mean that we are healthy. And the older we get, the
more our bad habits begin to catch up with us.

The document summarizes Donald O. Hebb's theory of learning and memory from 1949. It discusses how Hebb proposed that learning occurs through synaptic plasticity and the formation of cell assemblies. Specifically, it outlines Hebb's theory that neurons that fire together wire together, and that repeated activation of synapses strengthens the connection between neurons. The document also addresses later critiques of Hebb's synaptic theory of memory and argues that the theory remains relevant when considering both synaptic plasticity and intracellular changes, as conceived in Hebb's original work.

Muktapishti is a traditional Ayurvedic preparation made from Shoditha Mukta (Purified Pearl), is believed to help regulate thyroid function and reduce symptoms of hyperthyroidism due to its cooling and balancing properties. Clinical evidence on its efficacy remains limited, necessitating further research to validate its therapeutic benefits.
Cell Therapy Expansion and Challenges in Autoimmune DiseaseHealth Advances
There is increasing confidence that cell therapies will soon play a role in the treatment of autoimmune disorders, but the extent of this impact remains to be seen. Early readouts on autologous CAR-Ts in lupus are encouraging, but manufacturing and cost limitations are likely to restrict access to highly refractory patients. Allogeneic CAR-Ts have the potential to broaden access to earlier lines of treatment due to their inherent cost benefits, however they will need to demonstrate comparable or improved efficacy to established modalities.
In addition to infrastructure and capacity constraints, CAR-Ts face a very different risk-benefit dynamic in autoimmune compared to oncology, highlighting the need for tolerable therapies with low adverse event risk. CAR-NK and Treg-based therapies are also being developed in certain autoimmune disorders and may demonstrate favorable safety profiles. Several novel non-cell therapies such as bispecific antibodies, nanobodies, and RNAi drugs, may also offer future alternative competitive solutions with variable value propositions.
Widespread adoption of cell therapies will not only require strong efficacy and safety data, but also adapted pricing and access strategies. At oncology-based price points, CAR-Ts are unlikely to achieve broad market access in autoimmune disorders, with eligible patient populations that are potentially orders of magnitude greater than the number of currently addressable cancer patients. Developers have made strides towards reducing cell therapy COGS while improving manufacturing efficiency, but payors will inevitably restrict access until more sustainable pricing is achieved.
Despite these headwinds, industry leaders and investors remain confident that cell therapies are poised to address significant unmet need in patients suffering from autoimmune disorders. However, the extent of this impact on the treatment landscape remains to be seen, as the industry rapidly approaches an inflection point.

My symptoms began in early adolescence, as I
quickly became aware that I was not like my peers.
Separation anxiety, fear of abandonment, self-harm
and emotional instability prevented me from
experiencing what should have been the typical life
of a teenager. I spent my days in isolation, not
understanding the overwhelming emotions that
attacked me from every side, often crying myself to
sleep wondering why the feelings just wouldn't go
away, and why I couldn't put a name to them.
Throughout my teens I failed to develop an identity,
falling behind academically, socially and
emotionally. It felt like I had got 'stuck' at age 11
when the problems began and that my body and
mind were developing but my sense of self and
capacity to regulate emotion lagged way behind. It
wasn't until I was finally diagnosed that I began to
realise what all these symptoms mean, and I was
finally able to start unpicking my past in order to
understand my present.
