 Responsibility forrenewal of all consent and approvals related to Landlord /Facility
 Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
 Ensure that vendor procurement processes (Sourcing, Negotiation, Vendor empanelment) comply with
agreed client procurement guidelines as well as best practice. Conduct yearly suppliers Performance
evaluation
 Will be handling the Operations & Maintenance of Distribution Transformers, DG Sets, UPS system, ACB"s
and Electrical components to reduce breakdowns and downtime to minimum.
 Manages critical relationships with client and Key vendors
 Ensure all PPM activities are performed as per schedule to reduce down time of equipment
