 Maintain and filling documents of letter of credit received from purchase department (Import Section).
 Verification and preparation of vouchers of all bank advices relating to letter of credit.
 Arrangement of insurance of imported shipments and process their vouchers for payment.
 Process the documents of funds for custom clearance of imported shipments.
 Process the bills of clearing agents and arrange payments after adjustment.
 Prepare the monthly reconciliation of clearing agent’s account.
 Make the adjusting entries of import GRIRs and reconcile with foreign vendor’s ledgers.
 Examination of Goods Receiving & Inspection Report for Provisional Adjustments.
 Complete verification of all invoices of raw material with internal documents/ record prepared by other
